We always do takeout--the same orders, a great selection of foods. This time, the pork fried rice has a wonderful lightly smoky flavor! They just get better and better! One thing I will suggest here is that the hot and sour soup needs more mushrooms and tofu added. It is the perfect flavor, and we get ours on the mild side. Thank you, China 1, for being here!
Our new favorite Chinese Restaurant since the start of the Pandemic. We've always been impressed by the way they handled things. No complaints. Good food. Reasonably priced. Sure the wait's a bit long but your wait would be long too if you were single-handedly feeding all of Union. ;-)

Really good food. Nice people, clean restaurant and very reasonable prices. We love it. Phone in take out and pick up is a breeze! Has been closed inside since Covid but take out windows remained open. Now you can wait inside although thete is no table service. Take out only.
