I have stayed away from pizza hut for years due to quality becoming lackluster. I have been twice since I have moved here , order out and each time they were out of something I ordered and both times asked for pizza well done and it's not. The first visit due to their error I had to wait on second pizza by the time I got home about four miles away the first pizza was ice cold. Secondly the woman I spoke with both times was extremely rude, no offer of upgrades or up service to cover for their lack of being able to fulfill an order , I had to ask them .

Ordered delivery, even though I did receive the wrong wings I wanted to give this place 5 star because of the customer service!! Night shift manager made sure I received the correct wings and was very polite over the phone (Can’t remember her name) but you don’t get that too often anymore so thank you so much! Also delivered very quickly!!

brand new pizza and they can’t even make it. bland cheese bites with no oregano or seasoning as stated in the description of the pizza. i don’t know why we still order here the food always sucks and is hardly ever correct.

I'm not sure what happened to this location. Has it changed ownership?? We've been going for several years and it was always the best Pizza Hut in the area. A few months ago they fired their best server, then when we went last week I did not recognize anyone in the store, even in the kitchen. The pizza had very few toppings on it (we ordered super supreme) and the cheesesticks were cut into 8 instead of 10 pieces (made it harder to split between our family of five). All in all it was a disappointing meal. We will probably give them one more chance, but since we only go out to eat once a week we can't really afford to have a bad experience.
They forgot hafe the order and took almost 1 hour to came back so I can get the rest of my food

We ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and a wing deal that came with 16 wings (we got honey bbq and sweet chili) and 2 fries (both cajan) for delivery. After almost 2 hours after we ordered the food they finally remade the food and told us we could pick it up in 15 minutes. Mind you about 20 minutes after we ordered it we got a notification about it being delivered and we called up and they basically just told us to wait every time we called up. When we finally got the food they forgot our cheese sticks and they gave us icing for the chicken wings instead of ranch... and the pizzas were the wrong crust. We got no refund or anything. We waited almost 2 hours for the wrong food

We ordered a pizza and wings online through the website for delivery. I watched the order tracker update to show the food as delivered right on the estimated time, even though I didn't receive anything. When I called they said the tracker was messed up and the order was in the car and on the way. Over an hour after the order was originally shown as delivered, I finally received a cold pizza and wings.

I was taking a trip, and was rear ended by a person going over the speed limit and not applying brakes, no skid marks. I hit the car in front of me, waiting to turn left in a town that has a bad reputation and many magas. The tow truck driver was kind enough to give me a lift, with my car, to a pizza hut that was out of his way and close to a hotel in case I may need it. The manager was kind enough to give me a place to sit and relax while I waited on my knight in shining armor to appear. She found an extension cord so I could charge my phone and watch some Netflix while eating a personal pizza. All the staff was kind and understanding and very helpful as I waited. They called customers by their name so I know there has to be many repeat customers. I felt safe in a strange town, and my whole demeanor calmed, even after losing my car. Then later, at the Enterprise counter at the airport for temp transportation, I couldn't have wanted a nicer young man. So kind
