I have stayed away from pizza hut for years due to quality becoming lackluster. I have been twice since I have moved here , order out and each time they were out of something I ordered and both times asked for pizza well done and it's not. The first visit due to their error I had to wait on second pizza by the time I got home about four miles away the first pizza was ice cold. Secondly the woman I spoke with both times was extremely rude, no offer of upgrades or up service...
Ordered delivery, even though I did receive the wrong wings I wanted to give this place 5 star because of the customer service!! Night shift manager made sure I received the correct wings and was very polite over the phone (Can’t remember her name) but you don’t get that too often anymore so thank you so much! Also delivered very quickly!!
I'm not sure what happened to this location. Has it changed ownership?? We've been going for several years and it was always the best Pizza Hut in the area. A few months ago they fired their best server, then when we went last week I did not recognize anyone in the store, even in the kitchen. The pizza had very few toppings on it (we ordered super supreme) and the cheesesticks were cut into 8 instead of 10 pieces (made it harder to split between our family of five).
