Carolina Pizza Company in Walhalla, SC, is a place where the pizza is fantastic and the service is pleasant. The owner is phenomenal, always polite and welcoming, and genuinely cares about every pizza, with incredibly high standards. One customer noted the owner wanted to remake a pizza he thought was burned, but it was actually perfect with a slight char and light crunch. The Tree Hugger pizza is jam packed with vegetables and delicious, and the cheezy bread is the best. The large pizza is definitely LARGE. The ingredients, including vegetables, ham, pepperoni, and cheese, taste fresh and high quality. The homemade ranch is also good. The only downsides are the most uncomfortable booths, the music can be a little loud, and the wait time can be a little longer, but the food is absolutely worth it. This place is on another level and is a must try for anyone wanting pizza in the area.
