Good prices. We both had hamburger steak, which was good tasting but dry. The crinkle fries were too hard to even eat. And skip the green beans. I look forward to getting them at restaurants because I'm not very good at seasoning them, but theirs tasted like they came right from the can. On the other hand, the salad was really nice. (Get their ranch!) Service was quick. She acknowledged us as soon as we got there and kept a good eye on our needs.
I took my family of nine to eat here on a Saturday mid day and was surprised at how good everything was. The food tasted homemade, nothing generic about it. The waitress was friendly and polite. The prices reminded me of the early 2000's. We got a lot of food for a great price. I highly recommend checking Pete's out if your in the area.
Good hometown cafe’ feel. The food was on point & hit the spot. (Maybe I was starving.) I got the country fried steak with white gravy, fried okra and a Diet Coke I didn’t need but was just really good that day. Everything was cooked perfectly with some crunch. This was “Linner” as my daughter would say.
