This was my second visit to enjoy a meal with friends prior to a concert at the Walhalla Performing Arts Center. I grew up on a farm and the cooking here takes me back to my childhood memories. It's like Sunday dinner! Wonderful green beans, peas, collards, mashed potatoes, corn. It's like my mom used to make. The fried chicken is a standout. I'm on a diet now, and appreciate the baked chicken as a healthy option. I've had the hamburger steak before as well, and it was terrific. Say hello to Mr. Abed when you stop by. He's a very kind man that will take the time to chat a minute. I love this place!

This restaurant is a welcome change to all the chain restaurants. They offer home cooked meats and vegetables. Usually have atleast 5-6 meat options with 8-10 side options. Coconut pie is delicious!
I love everything about the Steak House! The service and staff are always kind. Sunday is my favorite day because of the dressing and gravy! Abed? He is one of the best friends we have ever had! Our family truly loves this man! ❤️💝

Chicken & Mac & Cheese were outstanding, as usual. What I didn't like was a lack of dessert selection. They had run out of Coconut Cream Pie & I had to choose Chocolate Cream Pie, which had a horrible, unidentifiable crust. I admit I came I at the close of business, but Coconut Cream Pie is one of their most sellable desserts. Why not make MORE of the best. I'd be glad to see that happen. It's the best pie ever.
