My wife and I ate dine in at this Zaxby's today. Everything was fine until we placed a mobile order to take home with us while we were finishing up our meal. The app said the mobile order would be ready in 10 minutes. We finished up our dine in meal and I went and checked on the mobile order about 10 minutes later. I get the garden house salad often at other locations, this is the first time ordering from this zaxbys and I only got about half the typical portion of salad & our fries were hardly seasoned. They also forgot a ranch cup and when I went to ask for it at the counter the lady was so rude to the guy who took our order saying he messed up the order. He seemed like he was new and still learning and she was so condescending towards him, I felt so uncomfortable and bad for the poor...
Had a terrible experience at zaxbys in Seneca and the walhalla location fixed their mistake AFTER they were alr closed!! Most definitely recommend this one over the one in Seneca! Definitely wished I would have got the lady’s name!
