Evening you expect from a Zaxby's location. It's clean, the wait is reasonable, and the food is consistent. It's kept a little cold inside though and it's gotten a little pricey.
The new cookie butter shake is admittedly pretty dope, too. I wasn't sure what cookie butter was supposed to taste like, but I do now.

My wife and I ate dine in at this Zaxby's today. Everything was fine until we placed a mobile order to take home with us while we were finishing up our meal. The app said the mobile order would be ready in 10 minutes. We finished up our dine in meal and I went and checked on the mobile order about 10 minutes later. The guy at the counter confirmed that they had received the order but it wasn't ready yet. That was fine as the store was starting to get busy. I sat there...
