I am a consultant who works in the area.I don’t always dress very well, but I have to tell you I’m very impressed by Patrice Drayton. She is the general manager of the Arby’s near me, and is focused highly on the customer, service, and treating people very well. She deserves a five star rating as opposed to the Burger King next-door.I eat here several times a week, and the service is always very good, and the food is to the quality that Arby’s would expect.I wish there were more general managers, who teach their employees how to treat people with respect like she does. Kudos to whoever hired her she is a gem.Wheelchair accessibility: They have good wheelchair access.. if walking people don’t block it
