I am a consultant who works in the area.I don’t always dress very well, but I have to tell you I’m very impressed by Patrice Drayton. She is the general manager of the Arby’s near me, and is focused highly on the customer, service, and treating people very well. Stopped here while passing through. The place was clean, the staff was great, and the food was excellent. I liked the smooth jazz playing in the dining room, too. A nice, relaxing break from traveling.
