WoW! This BK is full of ANGELS!!!!:) The line was looong. I was at the window, and I was trying to split my payment up (almost payday:-). The customers were getting impatient and I was $hort. So, the girls at the window told me, they would PAY for my FOOD!!!!:) I was like, "No, I will bring cash by..." they said, NO! Maam! "You are eating TODAY!!" So, these BK workers get ten Stars from me!! Thank you.... for blessing me and paying for my food!:) Ya'll ROCK with Heavenly Service...read full review

Burger King, a popular fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have reported positive experiences with fast and hot food service, others have encountered issues with incorrect orders, long wait times, and subpar food quality. Customers have described receiving the wrong meal items, such as the wrong sandwich, missing fries, and cold, hard onion rings and chicken nuggets. The overall service has been described as unsatisfactory, with customers having to repeatedly request basic items like ketchup and napkins. The drive-thru wait can be very long, as staff take only one order at a time. Despite these challenges, the restaurant has received praise for its friendly cashiers and generally satisfactory food when the order is correct. Customers also appreciated the staff's kindness and accommodating attitude, especially when a large group was allowed to wait comfortably. Some visitors noted that their food came better than expected, with the place kept very clean, and the staff working hard to create a welcoming environment. Overall, the experience varies, but many find the staff friendly and the food decent when everything goes right.
