I don't understand why employees are gossiping with one another knowing customers are waiting and they get to the registrar they look at you and don't say anything. Then talking about there schedules then cursing. MRS Jane you have to speak with your staff. I waiting ten minutes. Burger King. Not so king anymore I give 1 rating.

Waited in drive-through line, just for them to tell us they close at 9:45, even though the sign says 10 pm. If the sign says 10:00 and I come at 9:45 or 9:55, then they need to serve customers or change the sign. The girl in the drive-through was very rude! Then we pulled around and looked at the sign, which said 10. I asked one of the workers outside why they were closed and he said they have to close at 9:45, to give them time to clean up. When I younger, this is not the way it worked. The store closed, then we cleaned!!! The guy looked very mean and was super rude and disrespectful and reeked of marijuana!!!!! Went to Cook Out instead! Great customer service there!!! Do not eat at this burger king ..they need an entire new staff!!!

Ordered a meal special sandwich with a Coke, nuggets, and onion rings.Window --No drink order, sandwich was wrong.The Whole order was wrong!Then looks at me like AM I the one who was pushing/inputting the order as I spoke it out to her after being asked to hold another 6-8 minutes once I actually got to where I could place my order to begin with.Food-- burger was wrongNo friesOnion rings were cold and hardChicken nuggets were also cold and hard.Total time waiting to order, wait to order, place my order, finally get to the window and Mgr at window, girl with head set at counter. Tell her again what I ordered. Told her I'd pay for the Coke, asked for ketchup several times told it was in the bag. Which, it was not, ended up having to ask 3 times for ketchup and napkins.Spent a Total of Over 45 MINUTES! To End up Not being able to EAT, and order was NOT what I ordered and wrong.I Hope it improves!

I went to Burger King this afternoon. Food was good other than the cookies were hard and cold. Service wasn’t great. Before I handed the girl my debit card I gave her a coupon (which was the only reason I even went to Burger King ) and when I got my receipt she charged me the full amount, kept the coupon but didn’t honor it. When I told her she didn’t put in the coupon she said it was too late but could give me the coupon back. Which is ridiculous. Don’t send coupons in the mail if you won’t even honor it .
