After a last minute cancellation throwing the entire wedding into the weeds Atol reached out to my request for a quote. He immediately set my mind at ease with the simple phrase "that's my job, yours is to enjoy". We arranged a menu and all the specifics (including staff and service pieces) with less than 2 weeks pre-event.
