5:30... Got two chicken sandwiches, some nuggets and fries. Fries were the only thing that was fresh, hot and actually good. The chicken tastes weird at this location, no idea what they're using but I definitely don't recommend it. No sauce, no napkins anywhere, no mayo, pickles were soggy? How are pickles soggy?? I understand the Google map rating for this location now.

We along with everyone else seemed to be just passing through and wanted KFC... who wouldn't right!! It was a great location, but they were very understaffed..... maybe people were just out sick or maybe there is a pay issue... we entered the inside we could see they were busy, but always worth the wait! We were one of many people that truly waited but left while still waiting to order. Once we realized no one had food that were at the tables, we knew it would be too...

Being a senior citizen, I wanted to sit down and have lunch with my friend. We found we were unable to be waited on, and it was mandatory that we use the kiosk. Well that was after standing at the counter for five mins. I hate to complain about service however I think this is no service and next time I will pay the same sit down restaurant prices at somewhere I CAN get service. Debbie
