Almost walked out because of the dirty Grungy floors and carpet.The kids were starving so we stayed. The food was fresh hot and good. The Frosty Machine was out of order. We were all disappointed.

Walked in and waited to be served. While waiting, I could see the kitchen from my vantage point, which was messy, fries all over the counter and floor. It wasn't busy, there was one other person standing waiting for their mobile order. We kept waiting to be served, but the employees just ignored us. We got an even better view of the kitchen and decided to sit leave. Between the employees not saying a single word to us for 15 minutes and the kitchen being filthy this place is not worth your money.

Too slow of service. Salads bought 2 the apple s were bad an the Salads were so thin out you need about 4 to make 1. The Salads you can see thru in the container from one side to the other. It's a sad place never again here

Waited in line over a half hour in drive thru to get order. Service was very poor, forgot some of my food, asked for it nicely and the young girl acted as if it were my fault she forgot to give it to me. Train your staff to be courteous and friendly!

Worse fast food experience! I went to the restroom when I arrived and it was messy PLUS there wasn't any soap. Gross!!!! I went to my car to get my hand sanitizer. Then I placed my order with a young woman who was obviously disinterested in her customers. 2 customers who had received their orders were back in line because their orders were incorrect. I did tell the young lady at the register about the empty soap as well as there weren't any ketchup containers, the lids to the ketchup pots were half off plus there wasn't even 1 napkin available. She looked away from me and said "I'll tell somebody". So, I received my order, looked in the bag and asked for ketchup packets and napkins. She just walked toward the kitchen and was gone several minutes. She said "we ain't got no ketchup packs and evidently we outta napkins, I can get you a paper towel", but then she just walked away again. I took my food to my car only to discover my cheeseburger was COLD, I mean not even slightly warm. I didn't bother complaining because I knew it wouldn't get me anywhere. I threw my sandwich (no wrapping) into a wooded area as I drove away. Some of my fries were edible and I very much enjoyed my diet coke. Stay away from this Wendy's. I should have walked out after initially speaking with the cashier. I do not recommend this place.
Went today ordered inside but I don't think the hood vents are working it was really smokey inside. Also seemed as if the AC is broken as well. Food took forever as always. Bathrooms are disgusting, almost every table in the dining area was dirty. The door to the kitchen is left open and it looks even worse in the kitchen. They only had three drinks options. Ordered a burger with lettuce as the bun there wasn't even ketchup or mayo on it.

It is very hot and it should be updated and they need to order more food they don't have anything I can't even get a frosty or a salad and they don't have any drinks

Ordered food from drive thru, no issues. Person ordered from was nice. Order was messed up. Asked for no ice and got ice. Ordered one meal with queso fries but got it with both meals. Asked for no mayo, got extra mayo. Order took so long that I was asked to pull forward. Said they couldn't print the receipt and declined to try to figure it out. Restaurant staff member came out screaming around the parking lot at some guy. Very unprofessional.

Restaurant was DIRTY, especially the rest rooms. Ladies room had dirty walls and was dingy. Husband said the men's room was GROSS. Trash all over, dirty sink and floors. Toilet wobbles and was filthy.Staff were ok, service was slow.Food tasted good, but I wonder how clean the kitchen is.

This is the worst Wendys we've ever been to. Floors were so slippery and greasy. They had no coke, no baked potatoes, no coffee, and I ketchup. The whole place was dirty. My kids said the food didn't taste right and made their stomachs hurt.
