Wendy's is a restaurant that offers a mix of good and bad experiences. While some customers have reported issues with the drive-thru staff, the food is described as extremely hot and fresh. The chicken is very tender and juicy and the biscuits are on point. The establishment has been praised for its fast and friendly service, with staff noted as warm and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the establishment has been a concern for some. Overall, Wendy's is a restaurant that has room for improvement, but also has the potential to provide great service and food.
