The bathroom was disgusting, with the floor being soaking wet. No ice in the machines, no napkins, the soda machine was disgusting from not being wiped in what looked like a long time. During our thirty minute wait for our food, we watched the staff bicker about orders, and lack of tickets on the orders. In my experience, Zaxby’s in general are not in any hurry to get your food to you, but this particular one lacks proper management, and doesn’t have systems in place. Judging by the other reviews, and the lack of improvement, I doubt that anything will change. Thankfully we were just passing through this town on our way to vacation.

First time at a Zaxby's it was good. Quick stop for chicken. The woman at the register was fantastic, there was a line she handled it well, all while being extremely pleasant.

Don't try your luck. After 3 visits all with similar results, just eat elsewhere. Half the order is missing, food was cold, and the wait was horrendous.

The price is on the menu are not the actual prices they went up but never updated there chart or whatever. My $18 and some change order is now $32 and some change I know inflation hits but boy oh boy that seems high to me.

Water all over the floor almost busted my leg. No cook inside so only drive thru because they're lazy... No soap in bathrooms hot mess inside .... Honestly just close no one wants to eat food from here.
