Staff is generally lethargic and rude. Not everyone. Food quality has severely dropped. I was told they didn't cook enough tenders for my meal and substituted something else instead. The wings were inconsistent and one was only a half drumstick.
The best Zaxby's I've been to the food was hot and plenty of it. The fries were seasoned perfect and the biggest strips I've ever gotten from Zaxby's
Their Loaded Bacon Ranch Fries are good. Salads are fresh.
