Customer service sucks. They don’t answer the phone, and it’s like they have an attitude. Take 30 mins just for them to prepare food.

Place has a nice Jamaican feel to it but the food doesnt taste anywhere near authentic. I cant speak for anything else but the jerk chicken and mac n cheese. 10/10 do not recommend.

Excellent, high quality & truly authentic Jamaican food. The taste of the food is better than other Jamaican restaurants I have patronized. At Jamrock Caribana, they put time & love into the food they serve.

I really should have taken a picture of my food to post to prove what I'm about to say. This was my 2nd time ordering at JAMROCK. 1st time It was a sit down and the food was good but this time as a take out was absolutely horrible. Maybe there this time was a different cook and server but this was totally unacceptable. I always say you can tell the cooks passion based on how they plate the food and the way they dump the food like a bit all slob spoke volume as if the person who plated the food either didn't have common sense to make the food look presentable or they perhaps didn't want to work today because I couldn't tell what was the rice from what was the ackee and saltfish. After opening my meal first thing that came to my mind was how are they still in business. Not to be rude or anything, I'm all for encouraging my Island people in what they have going on but as a native islander myself I was thinking the only way they are still in business in the country like that is because the other customers didn't have anything else to compare to because I have had way better. The food was cold, the plantain was soggy and oily even the take away plate was all squished as if it was reused, we ordered a small oxtail and only 3 pieces of oxtail was on the plate with a little bit of rice for 18.00. I was highly disappointed after deciding to give it another try thinking I would have been better than the last time but after this time, I won't be returning. On the bright side, I do hope the reviews help the team to work on their presentation, taste and give a little care towards how the foods looks and taste before it goes out to the public who buys food there because had I posted the way the food look when I opened it up, the owner themselves would have probably not want to be in business anymore. I think whoever is cooking and plating the food needs to be fired. Start fresh, hire some experienced Jamaican chefs. I pray this food doesn't give me a stomach ache or food poising. Please continue to take these review in a way that would help make yall better.

Parking: plenty of free parking, the building almost looks sketchy and abandoned but there are signs to indicate a running business

I haven't had any Brown Stew Chicken and Beef Pattie/Coco Bread, in a minute... I needed a fix. Scrumptious, as usual. ?

Ordered takeout. The oxtail, rice, and fries where very good, but the fries were soggy by the time I got home, and I had to wait for my order and don't live far away from the place. Other than that, it was good.

Ordered delivery from this place and the food was absolutely delicious. When a meal makes your eyes close and roll back, and makes you moan with pleasure, you know it’s good. I ordered the ox tails and some curry goat. I also had the rice and peas, and beef patties. Everything was perfect. Each bite was filled with extreme pleasure. My picky wife ordered the Rasta pasta and she loved it. I was enjoying myself so much during the meal, my wife got onto me for moaning at the table. I kid you not. If you like Jamaican food, you will absolutely love this place. I strongly recommend it.

Absolutely delicious. Visited this place when it came to our local food truck festival and I’ve been to the restaurant twice since then and it’s been really good. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly.

For all of my Caribbean food loving people this is the place for you especially if you have a taste for Jamaican cuisine! I had oxtails, fried plantains and rice and peas. It's like a taste of Home. The atmosphere is relaxing you can enjoy your meal while watching a movie or show, whatever is being displayed on the television. To top that all off and you have wonderful service from the staff, they make sure you're cared for during your visit. Get your jam on at jamrock!??
