I have been in search of authentic Jamaican food (well escovitch fish) in the area and have been sadly disappointed. I'm happy to say this place had the best and MOST authentic escovitch fish in the area. Reminded me of being back in Jamaica when I first fell in love with the dish. Thank you to the guy working the front for your warm welcome and hospitality while I waited. Food was fresh and I will be back.

They are invested with roaches. Went during the day Jan 9th 2024 4:45-5pm. I killed two while 3 more popped up crawling near my feet while waiting for a to go order. Safe to say I never ate there that day. Google user complained of roaches as well weeks prior ofc only for me to see after my experience there. Avoid at all costs.

I'm here to tell you the beef and cheese patties are the best I've ever had and I've been to Jamaica.. The jerk chicken was absolutely perfect.. The service was just as friendly as could be, It may take a little while to get your food but when it's made that fresh You can't complain ..

Ordered the fried chicken as well as the oxtails both with plantains and rice and peas, as well as a spicy beef and cheese patty and coco bread. The food was fantastic and the service was great, definitely recommend checking this place out! Will be back!
First time and I will say awesome food and portions service and prices all above and beyond I recommend this place worth a magazine cover or news I'll be advertising them that's for sure ox tails cooked to perfection highly

Since moving from Louisiana, it's been difficult finding good food to satisfy our tastebuds. We knew the food would be different but not like this. We went in eager, skeptical because where we are from, the restaurants with food like this would be packed around the hour that we stopped. It took a minute to get our food. It was hot. There were flies. I was ready to go at this point. When we arrived it was just us. My boyfriend, daughter and I. Another group of individuals came in. But for good food, so I thought, I'll overlook some inconveniences. The food finally came out. After about an hour wait. Display was horrible. The food looked like slop you take to feed hogs. It was disgusting. The hostess/waitress apologies and goes on to say it's authentic and that everyone's tastebuds are different. Baby I want my money back. Half wasn't even offered. We didn't even eat past the first taste off the spoon. I would not recommend eating there. I would say I'll give them the one star because I can only give one. But I'll credit that to the niceness of the hostess. Other than that I am not sure how they are still in business.

ok people i am so sorry to be the barrier of bad news. I was ecstatic to see a nice Caribbean restaurant 1 min away from my job. Went here and got ackee and saltfish the first time around it was mostly ackee or egg not much fish but I let it slide. I went a second time and there were no beef patties so I went back and got one the following week no issues. THIS WEEK I GO BACK AND A ROACH JUMPS OFF THE WALL. im no stranger to being polite but direct. I told the guy please come kill it and that i would like my food for free. He agrees which was great customer service. Im on the phone with my mom and have my arm on the counter where you order you guys a baby roach no bigger then my pinky nail almost crawled on me. I was not only flabbergasted but very disappointed. I told the guy once he comes back with my food he came and looked at the counter and just stared with a blank expression. very nonchalant no apologies or anything. im very close to calling the health department bc he was way too relaxed for roaches to just be crawling in the middle of the day at lunch time. thats it that all be careful where you eat.
