Ordered online, the store was apparently closed. They charged me and gave me a delivery time on the email. Till I called the call center an hour and a half later I didn't know my food wasn't coming.

Incompetent workers. Slow. What’s the point of placing an order ahead of time if they are 20 minutes late? They don’t even apologize for being late. The customer service here is awful. The cashier couldn’t even correctly figure out the change from a $20 bill! It’s truly pathetic. I only ordered because this place is close for pizza, but it’s not worth the headache ordering here again. This staff is a complete joke- my question is who hires these people anyway?!?

Manager was unorganized and causing more problems than helping. Food was an hour past ready time. Ordered at 4:15 , pick up time was 20 min, got my order at 5:30. Manager was saying orders were done and ready on the computer when they actually were not.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Pizza was not done! Wings were half sauced! I placed a curbside order, but after calling for 10 mins with no answer I went inside. No one was waiting so I’m not sure why they weren’t answering the phones. My order was ready so he just handed me my boxes. I get home and both pizzas are sooooo undercooked I had to put them back in the oven. Never again.
I have never had such a sparce amount of toppings on a personal pan. Bought 4 and all were pitiful. Pizza Hut was always my favorite. 4 pieces of pepperoni and not enough bacon or onions to even say it had them on it. 2 supremes were lacking toppings to cover all 4 slices ..Sad Pizza Hut.. 😒

This place always takes a VERY long time no matter what day or what time!! If you order from here be prepared to wait a minimum of 3 hours before they even start to cook your pizza!
I very rarely leave a review, but Antonio at the Jefferson Davis Hwy location deserves 5 stars. I made a mistake when ordering and he was so kind and quickly corrected the order for me.
