I came to Pizza Hut tonight and they were out of personal pans and I talked with the manager and he was respectful and made the situation good and the front counter young lady was excellent and helpful and the food was good

We ordered 24 pizzas on Tuesday for pick up Wednesday evening to feed to a church full of kids for VBS. When we got there to pick up our pizzas at 6:00pm Wednesday, the staff was clueless and said there was no order even after we showed the order confirmation. Our pick up person got back to the church and explained the situation to the kitchen staff. The person that had placed the order got on the phone with Pizza Hut and they miraculously then found the order and said that they could start the pizzas now at 6:10. Not an option being that kids were going to start coming in to eat at 6:25. Pizza Hut completely dropped the ball, but the Lord provided and our kids got fed. We spoke to another church in the area that had a similar story when dealing with this location......this was beyond unacceptable.

Ordered online, the store was apparently closed. They charged me and gave me a delivery time on the email. Till I called the call center an hour and a half later I didn't know my food wasn't coming.
Incompetent workers. Slow. What’s the point of placing an order ahead of time if they are 20 minutes late? They don’t even apologize for being late. The customer service here is awful. The cashier couldn’t even correctly figure out the change from a $20 bill! It’s truly pathetic. I only ordered because this place is close for pizza, but it’s not worth the headache ordering here again. This staff is a complete joke- my question is who hires these people anyway?!?

Manager was unorganized and causing more problems than helping. Food was an hour past ready time. Ordered at 4:15 , pick up time was 20 min, got my order at 5:30. Manager was saying orders were done and ready on the computer when they actually were not.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Pizza was not done! Wings were half sauced! I placed a curbside order, but after calling for 10 mins with no answer I went inside. No one was waiting so I’m not sure why they weren’t answering the phones. My order was ready so he just handed me my boxes. I get home and both pizzas are sooooo undercooked I had to put them back in the oven. Never again.
