Ordered online for Delivery got a call 5 mins later saying I was out of the delivery zone. Rude manager Jessica said she wouldn’t be refunding my money due to the fact I wouldn’t come pick up the order. Then her little puppet Jeffery jumped on the phone and tried to threaten me saying I shouldn’t have kids if I didn’t wanna get in my car to come pick up their dinner. Mind you it is 7:00pm and delivery was of convenience. Jessica was extremely rude yelling at me when I told her I was calling the Owner. Very unprofessional. Very disrespectful group of grown children.

I wish I could remember the kind lady's name that was taking orders during the power outage disaster! She was so kind & positive when I was just happy to eat something i didn't have to scavenge from my pantry in the dark. Honestly all of the staff had smiles and seemed upbeat which was really needed! Great team 👏 at this Domino's!

If I could give zero stars I would but call at 11pm on the dot on October 5th to ask a question and all I got was domino’s ,we’re close and then hung up on. That’s not very good customer service. They could have at least said thank you for calling domino’s I'm sorry to inform you but we are currently closed for the night, I do apologize for the inconvenience.and actually allow me to say ok thank you but no that didn’t happen. Need new staff that isn’t gonna be rude I can understand being tired or had a rough day but I never treat anyone that way working in the food industry or customers service, I allowed the potential customer to respond or ask a question if needed. Could use some Retraining OR as I stated before new staff.

Got suckered in with the promise of a free pizza after the initial order. The first order went well and food was okay, but when we tried to redeem the code for the free pizza the following week, the code wouldn’t work. Called customer support and they said to call the store. Called the store and they said they couldn’t do anything and to call customer support - told them we did and were directed to the store and they said there was nothing they could do and pretty much hung up. Their so-so pizza isn’t worth all that.

We order food from this Domino's multiple times a week. They are always so fast, friendly, and the pizza is delicious every time. They are the best Domino's around for sure. Thanks for taking care of us.
Drive for almost 11 yesterday, decided to order a pizza and added on boneless chicken . Pizza wasn’t NY style like advertised, and 8tiny chicken nuggets for $8 what a ripoff.
I should have learned my lesson, I almost never have a good meal from dominoes.

Called in a delivery order last week and the driver FORGOT THE PIZZA and had to go back and get it. You had one job.... and you failed that job. Fast forward to today the girl (I say girl bc she couldn't have been an adult woman with as childish as she acted over the phone), the girl had to be distracted or just high and not listening. We had to repeat the address phone number and card number a dozen times if there's any charges made to the card used that we haven't made, that girl will be the first suspect when we file identity theft. The pizza hopefully won't be forgotten or tampered with or cold when it gets here tonight and hopefully she didn't screw up the order since she couldn't hear anything else said during the conversation.... get it together please or atleast give discounts or dessert for the trouble.... that'd be wonderful.....do better please....
