I went in the get a pepperoni pizza waited the went in to get my pizza as i’m waiting the workers are goofing around and i get my pizza with barely any pepperonis on it and i ordered a garlic sauce that i had to turn back around and go get i will never be going back to this place.

Order never arrived despite saying delivered on the tracker, I called and they said they left it at the door because nobody answered the phone it was not at the door and the manager said that the driver had been back for a hour even though I only ordered it 45 minutes ago, extremely rude will not be ordering from here again.

The delivery drive is very rude. He has delivered to my properties twice and both times I have received nothing but nasty disrespectful attitude. Once I seen it was him the 2nd time I ordered I just threw the food out because I don't trust someone with an attitude like that around y food. He came in and threw my food down on my desk said something smart under his breath and walked out my office without closing my door back or anything.

My daughter order a pizza and 16 piece wings from here at 11:30 Saturday night before closing the pizza never came and so she called at 3pm cause the pizza still haven't came it was paid for and was not delivered she just called and they woman otp got smart with her and hung up we already called the card and they said they took the transaction but no food here so she asked can they deliver the same order cause there is no food and it was payed for

We did a takeout order. And they gave us the wrong food, and the bread knots were not fully cooked. We live too far away to turn around and take it back. So I tried calling the phone rang for over 20 minutes. And then I tried calling back, and it rang for another 30 minutes. Completely unacceptable filled-out their form online, which was another joke, took 20 minutes just to fill it out at that point. I was frustrated, but I was not going to stop. So I completed the report and sent it 2 days later. I did not hear back. Anything went back to the email. They said, if you want to add anything, please add it to this. And it will get attached to the email. Today is now day 5 and still have not heard anything back. So at At this point, i'm completely frustrated with their service and them.And so this is where this review comes in at.They were amazing when this location first opened.And now I don't know what's going on.The manager lady is in there.Yelling at her employees.The employees look like they don't want to be there.Don't work there if you don't want to be there.Don't work in the service industry if you have a problem, helping people as your job pertains.In customer service, go work behind a wall.Somewhere completely unacceptable, and this is why domino's.You will get a bad review for not only not refunding us or answering us, but you have now lost our business

Ordered delivery from here didn't receive my 8 dips or drink and was told to just refund it instead of them making it right. Tried to call and get a refund but was on call for half a hour listening to the same ads over and over again.
Usually never have any problems but I ordered hand tossed crust and got no crust or maybe new york style. I don't even know what you would call this. Then one whole slice is naked and my pizza. What the hell?!

I ordered pizza on 8/29/25 for delivery and about 10 minutes after I ordered I got a call from the lady and she said he delivery guy was uncomfortable delivery the pizza, so I had to drive over to pick it up. Called today and the manager told me that their driver has the right to refuse a delivery. I want order from them again. This is the on in Welford S.C.
