Drivers make sure u pre cool ur trailer and as soon as u go inside have a picture of ur reefer display to show them. If ur not cooled down as soon as ur trailer is cooled down lower than 10 degrees take a pic in cause u will sit and wait forever.

My experience was nice. Made it sunday night I parked in door 10. Yard dog comes in early didn't say anything to me. Checked in 530am but the official check in is at 6am they call and verify your information you may get a door you may not. You have to drop trailer disconnect and park on the other side of 10 the picture is above 1hr 30mins give or take

Don’t show up here early. I arrived 2hrs early at noon for a 14:00 appointment. This place also takes long to load for some reason! Also the loads comin out of here don’t really pay well for some odd reason

To all customer like me who trust the food industry Aspire Bakeries owns the product Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chocolate chip I went to a MA PA corner store purchase these muffins Aspire Bakeries took the chocolate chip out of the muffin but label is misleading it's pretending like it's the original product but it's not when I realized the chips wasn't in the product I contacted a company because you can't take foods back to MaPA corner stores the treated me as if I was trying to get something for free I wanted refund lady on the phone was very disrespectful for no apparent reason she told me were not giving you anything stop calling the company before we get a restraining order against you for harassment your not the only customer we have you probably stole my merchandise anyway even after I email her the receipt and pics of the merchandise this how company like are treating loyal customers and potential customers so I gave the chocolate chocolate muffin with no chocolate chips to a homeless people it's really sad how people always forget Krama always comes back when you miss treat people

Took 3 hours to get loaded. Make sure your temp is at 5 degrees when you go for ppw take a picture then go get your ppw cause she will ask you for a picture. Which they don't tell you in the beginning.

One staff lady was not the most polite to me. Then there was a man who was professional. The system they got here ain’t the greatest. They make you dolly down and disconnect to get loaded. It’s 50/50 with everything. They did have me loaded in about 3 hours, not the worst, not the best.

9/17/24 checked in as soon as trailer was down to desired temperature, they have you put your trailer into a dock and disconnect while loading. They give out free snacks if they have them. And there is no overnight parking. There is a couple of truck stops not too far from here. Everybody was extremely nice. No issues here.
