You can always tell when a Bojangles in the ghetto when they got an automative Voicebox at the Drive through They can't do their job but yet they still take forever to fix the food and push you forward out the way of the window and make you wait on it and bring it out this is a drive through not an driving wait If people wanted to pull up and park we would of went inside

I'm a pre construction surveyor for the state of S.C. ,we travel all over S.C and look for great little place's to eat. When we can we swing by this Bojangles on the way to our job's all the time. This is the best Bojangles in the State, hands down! The best bo'rounds ever! When you have a great staff that is super friendly, remembers you and already has placed your order to go before you walk in, what more could you ask for. If you've ever been to a place that seems like they don't want to be at work, then ya Will be pleased to stop AT THIS BOJANGLES. Trout 🙏✌🇺🇸

Non existing service. Never anybody working in mornings. You might pull up and see people in drive thru but you will not go anywhere. I have sit for over 10 minutes and no movement, so don't get stuck here on your way to work or you will be late. Also when you do get to place an order it's from the day before it seems. My ham and biscuits are always hard as a rock and can't be eaten. The other locations in the area are great but this west columbia one is a joke!

Delicious and affordable food, but the drive thru worker made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
Pulled in the drive thru everything was fine until I told them I wanted fresh Supremes & Fries. Got to the window & the lil girl with the raggedy blue wig on her head had an instant attitude. I can only reach so far out to hand her the money but she literally was not trying to reach & meet me half way . I had to unbuckle my seatbelt so I could reach . She told me to pull forward to wait. I've been decided I didn't even want the food anymore and I just wanted my money back so I went in stood at the front register for about 5 or 6 minutes no one acknowledged me so I came back out to the car and waited on her to bring the food to let her know I needed a refund and she didn't even bring my drink out with her. She turned around and walked off and said I was going to have to come inside to get the refund. It wasn't busy at all so it's not like they were just so overwhelmed and busy.... Wasted damn near a whole hour on this bullshit . Don't be mad at me bc u stuck in Bojangles on a Friday night....

NO HEAT in restaurant area!! Cold air blowing out of vents! What service? We went in search of warmer locations to eat. Our food was put on the counter and no one bothered to tell us (restaurant empty) that our food was ready.
