Good food, usually fresh unless an odd time of day. Seating is not comfortable at all, and temperature inside restaurant is always freezing cold. Wish the biscuits were more like another fast food place's, as in softer and not hard around the edges. They do fall apart much too often. And please, what place famous for biscuits does not have butter?!

The Bojangles at 2865 Sunset Blvd, West Columbia, SC is the only one I eat from because my food is ALWAYS FRESH and Hot !!! I placed my first order on Friday, April 8, 2022(my mother was in Lexington Medical Center) and couldn't believe the FRESHNESS. Went back multiple times during Mommy's stay and was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED !!!

This is the cleanest Bojangles I've ever been in: the floor, the counter, the tables. Even the bathroom was spotless with a plant, table and air spray. The General Manager, Mrs. Getting, runs a tight ship and team. Her leadership skills need to recognized and shared within the company. Do you know what it is like to be greeted upon arrival?!
