Don’t order mobile, you’ll never get your food. Walked inside after waiting 15-20 mins to find half the lobby waiting, I went to ask simple question and was met with rudeness and ignorance. Walked out. Will never spend my money on this trash ever again. And by the looks of the other reviews I’m not the only one.

I decided to splurge this morning and pick up breakfast. Upon ordering i noticed that the price was incorrect. I inquired when I reached the window 10 minutes later. The response was that the promotion had ended and they just had not taken down the sign in the window, and they could not honor the posted price. This is clasic case of false advertisement that causes customers to take their business elsewhere.

Food and service were both terrible. No employee. You could tell the chicken had been sitting for a while and it looks like they hadn’t touched the tea canister in weeks. We tried it anyway and it tasted like it was fermenting. Black flakes coming out of the soda machine and all soda was flat. Employees just looked at us until someone who barely spoke finally came over to take our order. Don’t bother with this location.

They will charge u 17.43 for a 6 piece bo bits combo instead of what it is supposed to be. They need better staff and management. Need to hire people who want and need to work instead of people who thank everyone owes them something

Always hit up Bojangles when I'm in SC. My favorite chicken joint. Crispy and juicy. And of course, I put that hot sauce on it.
Asked for a side a fries because I'm talking to a computer to order my food and can't add anything past a certain point, then rudely told NO! By management and then have to listen to all the workers talk trash while I wait for my sandwich which wasn't done anyways. Absolutely pathetic behavior just drive down the road to a different reseraunt.

Went there to get me and my client some food her bacon was burnt I got me 2 of the bo berry sausage biscuits they was so hard meat was hard this place don’t care what they feed people fries was old and cold this place got to do better when people spending money call back several times no one didn’t pick up phone

I asked for a ham biscuit... This what I got.. I would have walked in to complain. But they have the doors locked so that would require me to wait in the drive thru line again... In closing... I know y'all can do better then this

A pretty solid Bojangles experience! I went through the drive-thru and they had my food out quickly, it tasted pretty good, and the staff was friendly!

I ordered on the mobile app so I don't have to wait in line. It doesn't matter if you order for curbside pickup or pickup inside they keep the doors locked and do not come out to bring you your food. You have to go through the drive through. This is all the time. They shouldn't offer it in the app it ehey aren't going to actually offer it.
