We had reserved seating for a family of 7 at Breakfast at Ruiz in South Carolina. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fully accommodate our group at one table—five of us were seated together, while the other two had to sit at a separate table, which was a bit disappointing for a family outing. It was understandable as it is a quaint place and charming.
That said, the service was attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Despite the seating issue, we still enjoyed our meal and appreciated the great hospitality.

I had never been to Breakfast At Ruiz before! Went with my girlfriends and we enjoyed the delicious food there as well as the service. Highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone to enjoy! Loved it so much, I brought my family back the next day!

We were looking for a new place to eat and stumbled upon Breakfast at Ruiz. This nice quaint place did not disappoint. The food was amazing and so was the service. We wanted something similar to a mocktail which was not a menu item and guess what? They made us a specialty drink and it was delicious! Same ingredients as a Guava Mojito minus the alcohol!! If you’re craving an afternoon bite, please stop by @BreakfastatRuiz. We will definitely be back!!

This is a hidden gem restaurant!!! The best breakfast I had in a long time. My sister is difficult to please when it comes to food. She really enjoyed all of her food!!! I enjoyed my food too. I will return soon. Hostess and waitress had excellent customer service!!! The chef was great and personally delivered the food to us. The restaurant was beautiful. The atmosphere was peaceful. I had the Mediterranean omelet, grits, and toast. My sister had French toast, chicken sausage, and scrambled eggs with cheese.
