This BK is filthy. When we walked in, the employees were yelling the F word at each other. We had our 11 year old son with us and I and to send him to the restroom while we ordered. The Freestyle machine only provided carbonated flavorless water since it was not working correctly. We paid for three fountain drinks and had zero. I will never visit this location again.

This is mainly for upper management. Do you hire people that don't speak to the customers when then come in. No hello? No goodbye? No thank you? No your welcome when thank you is said to them. Two words......dumpster fire of a restaurant. If you can call it that. The answer to that is yes you do.

went to this burger. king around 3:00 pm today 12/30/23 went to the drive thru and waited there and no one answered. there was a Burger King employee sitting outside smoking pott instead of taking my order. and yes I said smoking POTT because as I was pulling away he looked at me and the smell of post was very strong. I will never go to another Burger King in the West Columbia, or Lexington area again. when I tried calling the store no one would answer the phone. BUT NO SUPRISE THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL TO HIGH!!! the only reason that I am giving them even 1 star is because I have to put something, they. really deserve no stars at all. Burger King has the worst. customer. service ever. they would be better off shutting them all down again.

They don't close until 12 o'clock. We pulled in the drive through at 10:55 and were refused service. They didn't even let us know until 11:05 that they had closed early And they were very rude when doing so I don't understand what is wrong with fast food these days? Why even be open if this is the service you're going to

Convenient location off of I-26. Located in a gas station. Very slow, lackadaisical service. Tables sticky, but a variety of seating options. Restrooms were okay, but no TP. Plenty of parking with wide open parking lot. I had a wrap, which was lukewarm, not very crispy and with very wilted lettuce. My husband had a Whopper & fries. His lettuce was “soggy,” sandwich was lukewarm & “fairly tasteless.” However, he said the fries were hot. The best thing about our experience was the Frozen Coke machine, which was functional and in the dining area. There was also space to walk the dog alongside the parking area.Parking: Large parking area that will accommodate any size vehicle.
We rarely go to Burger King, so we tried an assortment. The food was fine, better quality than in the past. The problem is fine at regular restaurant prices is not fine.

Tried the ‘Shroom n Swiss Melt here and it was hot and melting, but just average. The service was slow and sullen in a nearly empty restaurant. The soda machine was one of those push-the-button-to-see-your-choices machines. Two-thirds of the buttons were greyed out. I wanted a lemonade or sprite/7/up or even just soda water/seltzer. The closest thing they had was Seagrams ginger ale, but not regular ginger ale. They had 4 flavor choices, including lime ginger ale and vanilla ginger ale. Tried both. Watered down and bleeeccchh. Quit when I thought about maintenance (or lack of it) on that machine
