One of the worse fast food restaurants ever. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes for my food. I get to work and my order isn’t even correct . The two women that was working attitude is so bad, I didn’t take my food back. I threw it away. The restaurant is so dirty, the gas station need to ban their azz out of there. They really need to close it down. I will be getting the communities together to see what we can do. It will be better served as another restaurant. To be honest, I don’t even know why they are still in business. I had to go there because it was a Convenient for the driver, who had a handicap child in the car. I am highly piss about my food not being right. That’s after waiting patiently and quietly for it. The owner of this restaurant need to be ashame of themselves. To be honest, the franchise need to remove this owner. A letter will be sent to headquarters as well. As J look at the reviews on here, I see rarely nothing positive at this place. It’s in my personal opinion that nobody should eat here and it should be closed down or replaced with a better fast food restaurant.

I don't know why they just don't close the rest of the Burger Kings up, because they don't have any business and you can be the only person there and they will stand around talking and leave you standing there until they get done with what is a personal conversation. Then they are always out of stuff or something is broken all the time, like the milkshake machine or they are out of ketchup? I mean you're a hamburger place and you're out of ketchup? They are rude on top of all that.

I would say that this is one of the best experiences I’ve had ordering at a fast food place.
I also work in food service, and I always try to be extra mindful of how I interact with other food service workers; being polite and respectful. So having a positive experience as a customer is always welcoming.
I ordered through their app and picked up the order in the drive thru. When I was ordering through the app, I had no issue, which I find is quite rare. I also appreciated that the app had an option to pay in person with cash or card, while also having the option to put info in through the app. I prefer to use the first option, when it’s available.
When I arrived at the drive thru, the staff immediately let me know that they were out of an item that I had ordered, and let me know of the substitutions I could make. Basically, all the interactions I had were polite and respectful, which is all I can really ask for. If I ever want Burger King again, I will definitely go to this location.

Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes , the only thing was hot was my onion rings, my sandwich was cold

Went here and ordered a fish sandwich. The guy that took the order acted like he was out of it when I placed my order. Told him I needed condiments and he forgot to put them in the bag so I told him he forgot the sauce. He says you asked for those..well uh yea that's why I'm telling you, you forgot. Then I get home only to see my fish sandwich looks and taste hard. Will not come back here.

All deserts are sold out(machine probably broke). No ice in the machine. Worker was rude and acting like she was annoyed by the couple customers she had. There has to be better locations nearby to go to.
