Randy did not put straws in the bag nor did he put napkins in the bags . Ordered 3 Cheeseburger kid's meal and he only got 1 right out of 3. If I wasn't in such a big hurry to get to Oncology I would have turned back around. They weren't even busy at 11:15 this morning. But the fries were very good and hot and my Dr Pepper was greAt!!

Tonight my family and I stopped by to grab a quick dinner after a long day. To our surprise we were greeted by a kind and very polite young man named Devin. He was very patient with us as we struggled to figure out exactly what we wanted. Our food was delicious and our kiddos were definitely satisfied!! This experience was beyond the best I have received since going here!! We definitely need more Devin's in alot more places. Thanks for the incredible experience!!

Brought home 3 burgers, they were all cold and the cheese was not even melted. The bread was so hard and crusty I could not eat it the inside was gross. I am taking it back tomorrow and I want my gas money back. What slack employees you have.

Idk why this location is still open. They were out of everything , including drink! Only cherry coke and diet coke period! Food is never correct and if you order online in app, and they don't have half the stuff on your order, they can not or do not refund your money. You get charged for all items not recieved. Don't bother with this location!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would just went here with my kids and not only did the mess up my whole order before I even paid when I got home the gave me a fish sandwich instead of a chicken, these people suck and never going again!!!!!

I got whopper wirh cheese the meal. Stop to open it up, was not prepared right and cold. Those people do not know how to fix a whopper with cheese or any buger. I took it back got my money and left.

***let me edit**** so tonight around 8:10 I went through the drive-thru . I had to run to foodlion to get some lunch meat (which is how I have to give my dog her meds) and I was like come on smores let's go get some chicken fries! anywaysss, the girl at the window her name is lamarria she is absolutely amazing ! we didn't conversate much, but we didn't need too! her smile was ALL I needed to see! I go to drive-thru every now and then. if I'm going somewhere that has one I am definitely going to use it. with my service dog with me in the car. but alot of times when I do go through one they are not happy at all! when I tell you she was ALL SMILES I MEAN IT!!! we didn't need to conversate for her smile alone to make an effect on me and a lasting impression! KEEP IT UP GIRL! I'll see you next time ! might come to burger King more often just because of her ! ***here's my edit response! ****** i have since then had excellent service again by lamarria. but tonight I did have Becky and I was still doing drive through with my dog! but she was definitely trying to push the products like you want to make it a meal or a shake, neither of which i wanted lol but you were definitely offering to upsale! but I really do appreciate her customer service and she even hooked my service dog with some chicken nuggets which is so sweet 💕 and she absolutely enjoys 😍 thank yall both so much! (i had to do it like this because google wouldn't let me leave another review sadly)
The service was phenomenal! So glad I came here. The hamburger was great, the shake was great and the service was great. I definitely recommend coming to this Burger King! Thanks 😀

Great Manager...I accidentally left my cell phone in the bathroom there, and ran off without it after buying one of their awesome shakes...drove 16 miles home before I noticed the phone missing and drove back. An associate at the store brought the phone to his manager "Jay" who remembered me and wrapped my shake receipt around it and stowedbit in the office for me. Awesome ?? Customer service that goes beyond the pale protecting forgetful old men like me from losing their phones!
