Great food as always with my family. This has to be the 12th time we have been here since our family relocated here.

Probably my favorite breakfast spot! The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. It can be busy at times but the wait is worth it!

Great brunch spot! Love the mimosa choices. Tried the ginger lime mimosa for something different, and it was good. The cinnamon pancakes we delicious! Service outside was a little slower than I've had inside.

We had brunch here yesterday at 10:00. There was already a line out the door when they opened. The service was kind and efficient. My wife enjoyed her breakfast bowl, but my brisket biscuit had more cheese than meat. I had higher expectations.

Best French fries hands down. Loved the self serve coffee area

Nice place to have a good meal and a cocktail. Some of the best grits I have ever had.

We were in town for a brief visit and my daughter and friends found a unique breakfast café. Cafe Strudel West Columbia was the perfect spot. The menu was rife with delectable southern breakfast fare. From the brisket 4 egg omelet to the cinnamon pancakes and everything in between, it was a very tasty treat. They also have an ample variety of coffee at their bar with your choice of mug!

Traveling thru the area, Cafe Strudel caught my attention for breakfast. Delightful spot where locals & travelers stop to get caffeine, food & caught up on all things local. Charming place & tasty food … sadly I was passing thru & don’t live nearby so my exploration of the menu must wait. Definitely a nice spot for coffee, a meal or just catching up with friends.

Very disappointed that everything that they make is a beef based broth now. Why did they change this? I am vegan and have dietary restrictions and was very pleased with the previous ingredients as they had accommodated my dietary needs.

Stopped today in Columbia with my wife and daughter for lunch. First time customer, very inviting establishment, somewhat between posh and hipster vibe. Our server Rebecca was wonderful and the food was excellent. I had the Brisket Biscuit , my wife had Chicken Gravy Biscuit and my daughter had pancakes. It all was very good.

Hit and miss as far as seating quickly goes. Have eaten there twice now. Sunday service was extremely slow but that's also their busiest day. Saturday was much better, seated in 10 minutes, food was out quickly and since we both ordered exactly the same items we can say it was just as good the second time. The menu is amazing and the duck fat fries are superb. Really good food and service today (Saturday) . I asked the waitress about the disparity and she assured me that was the case. So, avoid Sunday?? Regardless, we will come back again. It's that good. Oh, and it's loud in there, the music needs to come down a couple of notches. I know this is a spastic review but it's one of those kinds of places, the atmosphere is fine, the food is excellent, mixed experience on service between the two visits. Also note that on the Sunday visit we came in at 145pm and we're seated at 2pm. Food arrived at 245pm. I swore we wouldn't go back but the meal was so good.... we did, and I'm glad we did. Good luck with parking. It's just the way it is in that area.

I’ve walked, jogged and ran past this cafe for the last couple of months doing my morning and evening cardio., Let me tell you i should’ve stopped by there sooner!

Walking in I was met by friendly staff
(I probably came off as “douchey” as I had my headphones on and didn’t hear them the first time welcoming me. My apologies ladies!)
The interior decor was amazing, I definitely enjoyed looking at the art on the wall while I waited on my breakfast.
(which by the way is also for sale, don’t be shy and support your local artist’s and purchase one of their masterpieces)

Today being my first time going into the cafe I ordered the breakfast special which consisted of a breakfast sandwich
I got mine with turkey sausage, egg and cheese on wheat bread. It was packed with protein and carbs, exactly what I needed this morning to finish the rest of my 30 mile early cardio session.
( Honestly I’m not a picky eater so I blindly ordered the special and was not disappointed with the quality and price. For $8 you can’t beat it! But next time I go back I will definitely look at their menu and see what all delicious food they have to offer.

I highly recommend this cafe!

Food was great, it just took a long time for the food to come. Also our waitress was not checking on us during our time there, never came to refill our drinks or anything but had time to take pictures with other customers.
