This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town! They're always really nice, and the food is always fresh and well cooked and tastes delicious. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but it is so worth it. They have the best fried rice, my favorite is the vegetable fried rice. So good highly recommend!!!

As I enter the establishment the manager/ owner was talking about banishing customers. I went to order and the girl at the counter was difficult to order with as I asked questions. She appeared to be reassured by owner that she did not have to have a professional stance. Same person cheering her unprofessional behavior and attitude kept yelling it’s almost over. It’s 845 so I assume they close at 9. I will never visit again. I do recommend, they literally talked about customers while other customers were present as if could be a way to be use to not ask questions etc. Zero stars

i came in and ordered a small pork lo main extra spicy and they did not disappoint. the lady and guy upfront were very nice.

I ordered sesame seed chicken with chicken lo mein. Once I was able to get home to eat realized they put 5 peices of shrimp in the food. I couldn't eat the food due to I can't eat shrimp. I took the reciept and a picture into China wok II on Platt Springs rd in West Columbia and the manger said she would only give me 50% off on another one. The manager said if I asked to speak to the owner he wouldn't do anything for me. I wasn't asking for the whole order that I paid over 50.00 for. Just asked to replace the 1 food item that had shrimp in it.

I’ve been purchasing from this location for about two months. The first time I purchased the chicken wings, mixed vegetable, white rice with brown gravy, they gave a cup of on the side. I’ve placed the same order several times afterwards and ask for brown gravy on the side but never received it with my order. I called to discuss and was shouted at and treated very horrible. The man talk about the wrong thing, he did not active listen or allow me to clearly state the problem. Although there food satisfy my tasty, this was the worst Customer service I had ever had. This will be my last Chinese food meal if I have to order from China Wok 2 on Platt Spring Rd again. This place need to take a Customer service training class.
