I have been eating here since I was a kid . Now I bring my family here to eat . This food is sooooo yummy. They never disappoint. Food always fresh , anything you get is always good. Best Chinese food ever.

Uninspired and bland. Everything I’ve tried from here is mediocre. I would strongly consider driving the extra twenty minutes if you’re in the mood for Chinese.

i came in and ordered a small pork lo main extra spicy and they did not disappoint. the lady and guy upfront were very nice.

I ordered sesame seed chicken with chicken lo mein. Once I was able to get home to eat realized they put 5 peices of shrimp in the food. I couldn't eat the food due to I can't eat shrimp. I took the reciept and a picture into China wok II on Platt Springs rd in West Columbia and the manger said she would only give me 50% off on another one. The manager said if I asked to speak to the owner he wouldn't do anything for me. I wasn't asking for the whole order that I paid over 50.00 for. Just asked to replace the 1 food item that had shrimp in it.

I’ve been purchasing from this location for about two months. The first time I purchased the chicken wings, mixed vegetable, white rice with brown gravy, they gave a cup of on the side. I’ve placed the same order several times afterwards and ask for brown gravy on the side but never received it with my order. I called to discuss and was shouted at and treated very horrible. The man talk about the wrong thing, he did not active listen or allow me to clearly state the problem. Although there food satisfy my tasty, this was the worst Customer service I had ever had. This will be my last Chinese food meal if I have to order from China Wok 2 on Platt Spring Rd again. This place need to take a Customer service training class.

NEW OWNERSHIP!!!! ZERO stars. Both female and male at the counter at 6:30 on Sunday March 23 had the most disgusting attitude on the phone. Had to look up why the owners would let them work there… DHEC shows change of ownership JAN 2025

Please don't go to this place at all. This food was good over a year ago, but it has declined with customer service. It’s not hard to be customer-friendly, and management's customer service is very unprofessional. The guy that runs the place told me to leave and not come back after I ordered and paid for extra sauce on my meal when I told him. I didn’t get extra sauce; I showed him the item and he says they put extra sauce I said look it’s not dropping no kid of sauce . I held the item upside down so he can see no drop of sauce. He still declined to add the simple sauce to the meal. Told me get out or he will call the police. I’ve seen this happened to someone else when I was in the presence at the Chinese restaurant and wondered why was he talking to the costumer that way but I thought it was the customer until it happened to me .If you go in person, They won't change your order if they make a mistake they will be very nasty to you. The girls that take orders are fine but the manager won’t be professional at all if you need any thing.

We ordered our usual tonight and brought it home and it was the wrong meal. It was supposed to be sweet and sour chicken and it was sesame chicken. Didn’t think it was going to be a big deal, the food hadn’t been opened since I knew right away it was wrong. I could have easily of brought the food back. I wasn’t trying to get two meals for the price of one or anything. Unfortunately they said there was nothing that could have been done. This is very unfortunate and very unprofessional and poor customer service. I’m disappointed as this was our go to Chinese place. Things happen, mistakes happen, I understand but they could have done the right thing and remade the order.
