I like Chipotle as a whole, but this location’s serving sizes are pitiful. I want to know what world we live in where this is FOUR scoops of chicken? I asked for four scoops and they give me what any other location would consider two at most. If you want better servings, the other Sunset Blvd location in Lexington does it.

Food was fantastic. The only problem is the employees actively cussing about their boss and how they could not be fired… no families were in the lobby at the time but I would imagine parents might would leave because of the environment.

I stayed away from chipotle for years and decided to try it again today. Same as usual, very little meat, bad attitude and dirty tables. These employees just do not care.

Short staff... Only 2 people in the store tonight. One making food and 1 cooking. Only taking online orders. When I left this evening.. 20 people were in the store waiting on their orders. They need to shut it down. Not enough man power for the orders. I was speaking with other customers and they said they were waiting over an hour for their food. Ridiculous.

We just went to this location (Sunday, 7pm). There was only one employee working the counter. One employee was drying off a bowl in preparation maybe to make guacamole, but the line was out the door annd the counter employee needed help. Almost every single meat was gone. The “manager” wasn’t managing anything. She was slicing steak. The cashier left to do mobile orders. After our food was made, we waited forever for someone to check us out. Every single trash can inside and out side was overflowing. Every single table was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. The cheese on the quesadilla wasn’t melted. If chipotle can’t handle the dine in customers, then they should shut down the mobile ordering until they’re better staffed.

Just ordered for the second time and was more disappointed than the first. Little to no rice and beans, paid almost $6 extra for chicken so I guess that means skimp on the carnitas and add 2 pieces of chicken. Worst Chipotle ever.

This is a terrible operation. I waited 30 minutes until my mobile order was filled. They filled the mobile orders out of order. Two associates were doing nothing while the guy filling mobile orders worked at a snails pace.

I like this place. Lots of varieties to choose from. Makes for a great to go meal. Everything is fresh to choose from. Usually a safe bet every time.

What a disgrace, went in after sitting with my mother in Lexington hospital all day. The girl at the counter asked about my online order. I stated I had not ordered yet, she proceeded to tell me that she had only one guy working up front and that she could only take online orders. I turned and walked out and went to Salsaritas down the street and they were happy to take my order and my money 💵. I will never return to your restaurants as long as I live!!🤬🤯. The girl should be fired for not helping a customer that came to the restaurant!

Rude customer service. I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked into the restaurant which was okay because they were busy. So I waited patiently. One customer was helped, then another walked out the door. Then people who placed their order after me left. My order was ready at 6:40pm… it’s now 7:25pm… So I stood there thinking, am I in the right location? Then a woman walks up starts talking to me. She’s there for 3-5 min. I hear “ma’am what’s the name?” Now at this point I’m hot but cool! So I wait it’s now 7:35… I’m acknowledged! FINALLY! Tell me why my bag is sitting there for now an hour… the whole time!!! she has the nerve, with an attitude to say “ well it’s been sitting up here but if you want me to make it again I can.” What do you mean YES MY FOOD IS COLD!!! Needless to say I’m proud of myself but poor customer service. I understand restaurants are busy but no need to take it out on the customers! They need a crash course in Customer service skills in the next meeting!
