Got no service told window was closed at 11 pm and I had to use the drive-thru. I was there for 15 minutes before someone came over and they looked at me multiple times. There was no sign on the window informing anyone. I am in a truck that will not fit the clearance.

10-5-2025, thought I would check it out, drove in the parking lot, plenty of parking, but no door to enter, is this a drive through only? Did not see windows or lights on(9 pm) other than at drive through.

I came to the location 10/28/25 @12:35am I ordered two wraps. Why did these people cut one chicken tender in half to make 2 wraps thats mot what i paid for! They are lucky i was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. Those wrap were very kids size!

10-14-25 at 1:15pm. Wonderful customer service, fresh food and speedy service. My experience was very pleasant so much so that I came back around 8:15pm and my experience was identical. Speedy service, fresh food, customer service was excellent. I traveled all the way from two notch just for the experience. Best location!!! Thank you

Came in to order some food. Waited in the right lane for over 20 MINUTES after the woman told us multiple times “I’ll be right with you” fast forward 20 minutes later she comes on the intercom to tell us the right lane is closed you’ll have to pull around and go to the other lane or the window! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Prejudice!!! Ordered the big double meal NO MAYO! I told her what I wanted on my burger 3x and the only condiment on the burger was MAYO!!!
Staff were rude, inside dinning blocked off at 7pm with no explanation, noise level prevented counter help from hearing orders. Very disappointing.

So I get cookout, this cookout only, every Sunday night after work. It's nearly midnight when I get there, and it's always the same..... The same AMAZING Customer service. I have worked customer service jobs, and I know when you are tired it can be really hard but the wonderful people here go above and beyond. I really appreciate all the wonderful jobs that they do. I've read some of the reviews and am blown away by people's poor expectations. It's not $100 per meal, BUT this is high quality food and open super late. It doesn't matter if it's not perfect, it's pretty great, open late, and better than any other alternative. Waffle house and Whataburger can't compete with Cookout, specifically this cookout. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: dang this location went downhill fast! Please fire the young lady with the dark hair who works in the window. Man her attitude is RANK and she has forgotten items more than once! Terrible customer service. It’s a shame.
Best cookout I’ve been to since living in the Carolina’s for 12 years. Customer service was great, food was fresh and so hot it melted the container. Please keep this cookout like this! Amazing.
