We were seated outside. Drinks and bread never got our salads when I went in to inquire I was told our order was lost and they put it in. Never mentioned they would bring salads asap. I asked to just pay for my wine and we were leaving. I asked to talk to manager he told me mistakes happen and that we weren’t the first customer this has happened to and they were busy with to go orders. Our food was coming out in 3 minutes and now they were going to have to throw it away and they were upset about that. Unbelievable poor customer service !!!

Fantastic, flavorful food. Wonderful desserts. Great menu. Terrific service. Easily one of the best restaurants in the Midlands. A must try.

I had a take out order I accidentally ordered something but had to change it so they accommodated with my forgetfulness without even a word. The best customer service.
The food was in a larger portion and it tasted pretty good. I’d recommend this place to those who want to taste Italian food.

The food is great. I don't go anywhere else for Italian cuisine. My latest online order was only half of what I ordered. I'm not sure what happened. I will be calling in my orders from now on.

The mister surprised me with date night and everything was so good! We both had the beef lasagna which was so good and piping hot when it came out! The bread was fresh and they have different butters depending on the day. Cant wait to go back to try more of the menu.

The wife found this spot online, it was very peaceful and an enjoyable experience, both the service and cuisine. All I'd suggest is some light Italian music in the background to enhance the rich food and setting.

First of all, the service is subpar. I walked into the restaurant and stood around other customers table waiting for someone to engage with me to take me to a seat. Took about a good 10 min for someone to recognize that there’s a few people standing awkwardly in the middle of all these tables. Next, the food was nothing to look forward to. I got a tomato bisque as a side to the entree, and it was literally, I kid you not, a bowl of marinara sauce from a jar. (I sent it back and got it replaced with a side salad) The salad was a sad Romain with bottled Caesar dressing. A child could have put that together. I got the veal parm for the entree. The veal itself was not very good. It was kind of stringy, the breading didn’t taste fresh, it ultimately felt like a middle school cafeteria meat. The pasta was also very sad. The sauce didn’t cling, it was like as if the pasta took a shower bc it was such a weak sauce. Most likely bottled marinara sauce they tossed in the noddles real quick before service. Had the meal been like 9 dollars, I wouldn’t have thought much of it, and classified it as a local version of “Olive Garden”. But the meal was like 25 dollars and I felt very cheated.
The bread and the butter was surprisingly good tho.
Bottom Line: I’ve had better Italian food at Olive Garden for way less. I was hoping for some great Italian food and was sorely mistaken. Will not be visiting, recommending, or acknowledging the existence of this place in the future. Take that for what it’s worth.

This establishment is definitely a hidden gem! Me and a friend went in to try a few of their menu options, and all of them were delicious! For starters we had the Herb Goat Cheese Peppadews. I absolutely had no clue of what that was, but it was delicious. My friend had the Pan Seared Scallops, which tasted amazing, definitely a must try. I had the Chicken Marsala, with the sautéed mushrooms which was very flavorful! The service and atmosphere was very pleasant.

After Hurricane Helene hit Augusta, we had to drive to Columbia for supplies. We ended up stopping at DeLucca's for dinner. The food and service were fantastic. We will definitely be back

I typically do not leave bad reviews but after being highly disappointed twice and having nothing done about it I can’t help but to share our experience.
We have ordered online once and showed up waiting 30 minutes before they realized they actually never received our order and we ended up having to sit and wait for an hour to get our food. To “make up for it” they gave us an extra piece of bread. The only positive was food was good.
We waited a few months to return and decided we should call it in instead of ordering online. We were told 15-20min and it would be ready. I left my house after 20min since we only live about 5 minutes away. When I showed up I waited (awkwardly as there are not many places to stand and they sat someone at the bar) an extra 40 minutes before they FINALLY brought the food out. I checked the food to make sure everything was correct and we didn’t receive butter for our bread and two of the salads were wrong. I walked back in to get the correct salads and they seemed confused about why it was wrong but gave us the correct salads and one butter for 4 pieces of bread…
The food this time around didn’t seem like it was seasoned at all.

The ladies working were nice, but for the issues we had to deal with I felt like something should’ve been done to make it right with us. Unfortunately, we do not plan to return.
