Food was decent, but not great. We went for breakfast at about 2am and the service was pretty slow to be honest. Took a long time to get our food, especially for being the only ones in there.

Excellent food and outstanding customer service. Lovely atmosphere. Best place I have been out to eat in so so long. I say the customer service was outstanding bc the ladies were nice talkative helpful and went above and beyond to help with the condiments I asked for and drinks. Even shook salt out the Shaker for me into a small cup for us to have salt with our take out. Thank yall for s great experience.

The hostess ansniur waitress were absolutely awesome! They were laughing with us and making us laugh all while giving us great service! We just stopped in because we had just left the hospital for my son, but if we visit a Dennys, we will definitely be going to this one!

We waited 15 minutes to have our order taken and 40 minutes for our food to arrive and not all of it arrived . The manager on duty was rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience.

So, I came to the Dennys in WestCo for Thanksgiving by myself. I was a bit surprised by a few things that had recently changed. First of all, although the dinnwr was advertised as 14.99 ( which seemed like a great deal at first blush) I could have very well ended up dining at California Dreaming as it turns out for 30.00 which is what i ended up paying with tip.
So, they now charge you extra for your drink , a pice of pumpkin pie, and get this the whipped cream! 1.79. Which is fine. But i wasnt told ahead of time I heard of apple pie ala mode. But i guess since Denny's may not have the foot traffic they usef to they are adding extra add on charges for nearly everything. Hence 28.90 for 1 person for turkey with extremely salty stuffing that i took bites out of and left on my plate. Then 1 diet coke which ididnt ask for a refill of, and a pumpkin pie with whipped topping that the whipped topping was a small sprinkle and not nearly worth the 1.79 which i could hv bought a whole can of at Wal Mart for that price. As my parents like to say; FLO. Firat last and only. Big disappointment Denny's. Next year, I will not be afraid of the initial price of the raised praise over last years 25.00 price at California Draaming and juat be dine with it. I will just go back there.

I pick up delivery orders. The wait is always excessive even when there are little or no customers in store. Staff is not fast to aknowledge you and seem to only focus on certain customers. I try to pass on orders for Denny's unless it's pay is exceptional. They often forget to include condiments

I really appreciate Denny's on Veterans Day. A free breakfast. They're swamped with customers. But the service and food is fantastic. Ashley treated me like I was a paying customer making a big order. Very friendly, very attentive, very welcoming. Thank you.

Our food was delicious. Our server was a bit slow moving and seemed to be having a weird day and someone wasn’t happy in the kitchen but overall, we visited during a non peak time so it was quiet and enjoyable.

The staff is incompetent at best and there is a single cook that can do everyone’s job and they over work him so much. Honestly the fact that they treat the only good staff this way makes me think Dennys should be on the boycott list. Managers don’t know how to do their jobs and it shows in how the place is run. If this cook ever quits Dennys will be a lost cause.
