Allison is just the sweetest, first time here and she’s happy to take my order and greet everyone with a smile. I’ll definitely be back and my drink was very good she made it so good!
The two female workers working on 05-06-25 were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were completely unprofessional and should not be working in a place that deals with customers. They should be retrained on how to treat customers or not be employees there. Completely unacceptable behavior. They were rolling their eyes, speaking with a very angry tone, and even practically threw the straws at me when I asked for straws since they gave us none. She also grabbed the phone out of hand when I was looking for my free donut reward for national donut day. Very poor experience.

Ordered on the app and got to the store for pick up and they were out of 2 out of the items I ordered not even 5 minutes after placing my order. Then the items I did receive weren’t even correct. Very overpriced as well.

This location is super inconsistent. Even if you order the same drink, it will always come out different. The only consistency is that it won’t taste good. I used the free April Fools coupon today and honestly wish I went elsewhere and paid - that’s how disappointing the drink/food was. The employees have always been nice so no problems there. Free coupon or not, I won’t be going to dunkin anymore
