Got out of my car to grab my to go order, I was motioned by an employee from inside to go to the drive thru, I didn’t want to and shouldn’t have to. Typical AA woman with an entitled disgusting attitude. I won’t be back.

I don’t know what’s worse , the drinks or their attitudes. Kindly asked these people to fix our drink and the girl at the window with her extensions all over the place caught an attitude about it as if it’s her money that is being spent . This location hires anyone but those with proper etiquette.

Staff were wonderful and so welcoming. I could not tell you enough how much I love the employees. Not to mention the food was amazing and they made my coffee perfect!!! This location was very clean and the decorations are so cute!!
Kid-friendliness: The staff were so sweet with children!!!
Asked for things a certain way since i always come here an get everything cold or more cream then coffee an still they didnt do it last time ever coming here again the people are rude also.

They wouldn't serve me at 7:37 pm even though their posted hours say 8pm. I went to the drive thru window and was told that they already threw away all the donuts. One of the employees flipped me off (as seen in posted video).
Left multiple items out of our order. Reached out to management and was emailed by the district manager Stormie Spires, who never followed back up. She promised to send a coupon to make up for the items we paid for and did not receive- however after multiple emails back to her she never bothered to respond back or to make the issue right. Easy to tell this chain stinks from top to bottom! Won't be returning here or to any of the other stores in this franchise.
