I will drive out of my way to choose this store over the cayce store which is absolutely horrible service! Girls here were pleasant service was great food was, well typical dunkin! Coffee was made perfectly well done ladies you wipe the floor with those cayce location animals.

I've stopped by this location after work several times in the past couple months, and my experience has been a positive one each time. The young ladies working the window were polite and personable. They had my mobile order ready as soon as I got there, and my iced latte has been consistently good each time.

I have never reviewed anything before so I hope this is helpful. I live very close to this Dunkin and therefore frequently come here. And I just am continually given food and beverages that just …. Leave me wishing that I was anywhere else. The most recent order of snackin bacon I got literally tasted and smelled like burnt plastic. Unsure what happened there. I feel as though the year 2023 was just not a good one for this place and it’s not improving as of yet. The food is undercooked, the staff seem really pissed off and upset all the time (no speculation as to the reason why from this peanut gallery), sometimes they are fast but not usually, and it just generally seems like this is the red headed step child of Dunkin’s. Idk if it’s a management problem (hint hint wink wink awooga wooga) or what’s going on but this place needs some tender loving care from the uppers, fo shizzle.Thanks.

I am so confused by the attitude that the girl working the drive thru had on 2/2/24 around 1:45 PM. I ordered two coffees and two of the valentines donuts. She gave us the coffees but not the donuts so we sat at the window and waited to get her attention to get the donuts. She says they didn’t have those donuts, what else did we want, we asked what donuts did they have and she says they have the heart ones. We said okay we will just have two heart ones. Then she gets an attitude and says “yeah you are going to have to give me more than that I mean we have all kinds of different donuts” in an extremely condescending way. Yeah, we literally just asked what donuts did you have, theres no menu in front of us to be able to pick. Customer service training may be a good idea for her! Customers are going to ask questions, there is a way to answer.

The girl taking my order informs me they are out of medium cups when I ordered two med coffee and informs me I must purchase a small or large. I ask could you just use a large cup and just put the medium amount in it. She snapped at me and informed me me that she has small cups or large and that's all I can order. Basically "Customer No Service "
The customers always complain bout 3-5 of things they didn’t order correctly or they choice to come to a fast food place for coffee and seem to think they come first because they ordered on the app they be others before you so be patient or just leave everyone gets up for work or school and wants coffee wait your

The only Dunkin that still had Boe ties, they called them something different now. But by far, my favorite won't do them in N. Myrtle Beach, Sumter, Pigeon Forge, all my regular Dunkins act like they can't get them. So 5 stars for this Dunkin across from Lexington Medical center, made my day.

I’ve been wanting to switch from SB to Dunkin for a while for many reasons. This location has absolutely awful customer service which is a dealbreaker for me. I got to the speaker and was greeted with a “what do you want”. After placing the order I was told to “pull up”, no thank you or I’ll have that ready for you at the window. For that, I will unfortunately not be returning to this location for a while. At least at SB they have manners and are always happy to help, I can’t eat anywhere where I feel like a burden for placing an order. Please reevaluate the persons you hire, they will ruin your business.
