On September 5 at 3:24 p.m. I ordered a coffee and the girl who was drinking did it wrong, I told her it wasn't the coffee I had ordered and she made bad faces at me, the man who was the one who was cooking the donuts made me my coffee, I thanked him and when I left the woman made fun of me and I told her I was racist, He started yelling at me and insulting me in front of the other customers... I had a good concept of Dunkkin, it's the last time I go to that place

The bigger young yt girl gave me muffin instead of coffee roll. Didn’t notice till I got home. No big deal. Drove back over there returned the muffin & asked for a coffee roll. She asked “was that not a coffee roll I gave you” I said no it’s a muffin. She then mumbled something & kept working on a big donut order she was already doing. After about 5 minutes I asked if she could just go ahead & grab my coffee roll since I had to drive back over here & she didn’t say anything. Another girl over heard & came over & gave me my coffee roll. I was polite the entire time. Don’t know what’s up with that girl but if you can fix an issue YOU caused in 5 seconds you fix it in 5 seconds. Literally took the other girl 2 seconds to hand me the coffee roll. Making me think she gave me the wrong item on purpose in the first place

First, I want to say that most fast food restaurants do not take the time to listen, and honor requests of the customers that's paying their own money for food and drinks. Miss Jennifer Assistant Manager needs to be promoted to owning one of these Dunkin Doughnuts. She's awesome, kind, compassionate and loves her job to the upmost. She's always there, everytime I go there; just about every morning, she's there. Jennifer has a smile that's contagious also her workers are so sweet, kind and humbled. At this location, they have a system that's down packed, they work together as one team. I want everyone to see this review. Yes, Miss Jennifer, I'm on your side. I won't let anyone talk about this Dunkin Doughnut location.
I came through the drive thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich. Shout out to Melissa! She provided excellent customer service and was very personable. The food was hot and fresh, tasted great.

Love this! Anytime I get to stick a bad review to the cayce location I do so. How come every other (all two of them) DD locations the service is so fast and friendly without confrontation! I want to know why this cayce location still employees the nastiness that works there when from the service at the other two are so polite customer service driven and just a pleasure. No more dreading walking in to pray my pick up order is right or even there! Love this location great group of ladies working there!

I truly don’t understand why the restaurant across the way is so backed up when Dunkin has some of the best breakfast options around. Hot made to order sandwiches and hot piping coffee with minimal line. One little thing I could suggest is for the cashier not to ask me is that everything after every item I order before I even get a chance to say the next item. But that’s a small complaint concerning. :) I will be back!
The morning staff on 11/13/24 is absolutely terrible and rude. no customer service rude for no reason. and can’t even make coffee right.
