Okay the frozen machine should always work. Pretzels aren't a candy bar and if you are going to sell a candy bar specialty don't act confused when a customer asks if they are king size or fun size. What you gave me was a poor man's trail mix, which looked like all the snacks a toddler ate on the couch were swept up from between the cushions and sprinkled over my drink. Again pretzels are not a candy bar. Do not get me started on how your sour dough sandwiches all the look the same on the app. Rethink that. Also who came up with bacon jam concoction? Is the jam grease? What is that? I was given that instead of what I ordered. Dogs loved it. 🤢

I needed 50 gift cards and Carrie and Darius were more than happy to help me. 0ther restaurants complained that they didn't have time to mess with that kind of an order. Carrie and Darius had a great attitude and jumped right on it cheerfully. Great job guys!

This location is horrible! No one acknowledges you when you walk in. I place a simple order via mobile app, single donut for my child, and without fail I'm standing in the store for 5 minutes just for them to grab a bag off a shelf. 3 workers and no patrons and still not even a hello.

I always use the drive thru and order a large caramel coffee with cream and sugar. Waiting for the one in Batesburg Leesville to open.
Being from the home of Dunkin, it has always been a way of life for me. My wife enjoys the chai latte which is made with milk, but tje ice melts before she drinks it all so she.prefers no ice in the drink, nobody wants watered down milk. Lately all the dunkins now try to rip people off, especially this location. A large drink is 32 oz, this location tried to give me her drink with no ice, but maybe 16 oz of drink in it, needless to say I drove off. This morning I noticed there was a sign on the drive through window actually letting customers know that they will rip you off.
