I truly don’t understand why the restaurant across the way is so backed up when Dunkin has some of the best breakfast options around. Hot made to order sandwiches and hot piping coffee with minimal line. One little thing I could suggest is for the cashier not to ask me is that everything after every item I order before I even get a chance to say the next item. But that’s a small complaint concerning. :) I will be back!
Russell in the drive thru is the sweetest. His energy is contagious and the iced coffee was perfect!!!

I am pissed. For the 2nd or 3rd time the lady with the blonde hair who fixes the wake up wraps literally put 1 little piece of bacon on my wrap. So small that I had to literally pull it apart to look for it! I did NOT order an egg and cheese wrap!!!! Where are the other girls who used to work morning shift!! I paid $12 for some dang egg and cheese wraps. The other wrap had a half of piece of bacon on it. If she is a vegetarian she don’t need to fix people sandwiches and wraps they spend their hard earned money on!!

Parking: The store is located with a strip mall with plenty of free parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Restroom does not have a changing table.Wheelchair accessibility: One single bathroom that is large with bars by the toilet. Front door is far from a cut out on the sidewalk. The bathroom door is heavy. No automatic doors in the building. Small interior with limited floor space.
the worst service I have ever had. First I arrived to pick up my order and the clerk was talking on the phone and preparing a tea (I thought it was for some customer but the second he was drinking it) I stood there for several minutes trying to get him to see me but it was impossible, he He never looked back at me. Until a while later, a woman from the back came out without much desire to work and I told her that part of my order was missing. To which she, without almost speaking, goes and looks for my jelly halfs of twelve donuts and puts them in a box and gives them to me, I, excited, sit down in the place to taste my coffee and my phones, but everything was extremely cold, I return I tried to talk to one of the employees to ask if they could warm me up and no one turned to see me even when I was their only customer, and then I went to tap the table as if to get their attention and the man He had been ignoring me for a long time and turned to look at me with very contemptuous, I'm-going-to-kill-you eyes, but he still didn't move from his spot and the woman from the back came out again and I told him that my order was ugly and that if he could heat my donuts at which she simply said no with her head and I asked why not and she just kept turning her head contemptuously and immediately ignored me.

I was so happy when this location opened and at first they were awesome. I go to Dunkin before work every morning, I am not going to this location anymore. I waited one day for 10 minutes after ordering a sandwich in the drive through and they told me to pull around. I had to go in to get my sandwich. It was sitting on the drive through cart and they were all chatting. The last two days I ordered coffee and I get my coffee extra cream, vanilla shot and Splenda. They are not putting cream in my coffee and when I say anything I get an eye roll and attitude because I want them to fix it. It’s so not worth going here if you’re going to get an attitude because the employees are not doing their job. It’s a waste of time and money. If I wanted attitude every morning I’d ask my kids for it and go about my day.Kid-friendliness: What kid don’t like donuts
