I was impressed by the team's efficiency in handling customers. Unlike my previous experiences at airports, where speed and efficiency are expected but often lacking, this team excelled in providing swift and seamless service. Their well-organized system kept the line moving quickly, making the experience smooth and pleasant.

I have been to this location twice and both times the employees are super rude! You’ll stand there for 5-10 minutes while they discuss in the back if they are gonna help you or not. When they finally come out they are rude and quickly retreat back to the back.

Faithful Foodie

Wow! 100% impressed with the level of customer service at this store. Greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming remarks during hectic travel situations is a great relief for any traveler. This Dunkin has it together. Not only was the customary service in tact, my specific attendant went above and beyond and offered to heat up my apple fritter. I've never experienced this at any other Dunkin' donuts in my life. I was in awe. I could not wait to add a tip to show my appreciation for the young lady. Well done! What a great way to leave South Carolina. Thank you.

Got to the airport 15 min before 8pm flight. Dunkin' was still open, so I ordered a small coffee and the batista replied, " we are closing in 10 minutes." I again asked for a small coffee. Paying $2.93 for a small coffee, I got hot water taken from an expired coffee machine. Disgusting service and horrible coffee! If you are open until 8pm, be open until 8pm.

While traveling through Colombia airport, I was told that a latte is not a coffee. It is an expresso. Well, an expresso is coffee brewed without a filter. This is an issue because I was going to get the Dunkin Run deal and get 2 donuts with my 2 lattes. I was told no and she was rude and lacked basic knowledge of the product she is serving. ZERO STARS! The stupidity of this experience means I will not visit Dunkin Donuts again.

Use the mobile app. It’s very reliable and bypasses the line. Dunkin is one of those franchises that is consistent with their food. I ordered the new breakfast empanada and a sprkd’ energy drink. They were both surprisingly good and may be my new favorite!

Couldn't be any less professional. Airport worker ordering in front of me.. Waited for 10 minutes for the order to be completed while back and forth flirting with the cashier. Completely disregarding other customers waiting (at an airport with flights to catch). While everyone else was ordering, the awkward flirting and distractions continued, making everyone simple coffee orders take 3x the time repeating their orders over and over. Other employees looked concerned with the behavior as well.
