“Normally I give the benefit of the doubt and deliver a 5-star review; however, there were instances that could not be ignored, just not more than a 1-star deduction IMO. Service was decent and food was good once corrected. So why the deduction? We donated to first responders today, and left a tip, only to sit at the table and realize one of two sandwiches was not made correctly (no mayo requested but mayo was on the sandwich, mustard on sandwich but there was no mustard), so we requested a remake. Then I noticed I was overcharged for a sandwich. This is just a suggestion rather than a deduction because I’ll go with the cashier selected the sandwich but was unaware of the price difference. On the wall, it was $1.10 less than the online price (I found out after I ordered), so my suggestion is to ensure online and in-store pricing matches.“
