I haven’t been to this Firehouse Sub in over 10 years. I don’t know why Google has me rating them.
Current manager is always helpful! Staff are always friendly and accommodating!
Made a large online order & an additional smaller in-person order at the restaurant. The crew working the restaurant on Friday, 4/25/2025, was amazing! They were all extremely professional, friendly, & obviously hard working. The food came out perfect & I will definitely recommend this location to others!
Food is good, especially the hook and ladder! Service from the staff could be better.
Firehouse serves some of the best sandwiches in the business 😋 I have visited multiple locations throughout the South and have never been disappointed. Team members are always helpful, welcoming and enthusiastic. Clean facilities and good location.
I had a mixup with a delivery and called to see if I could come get the missing item. The lady was amazing let me come get my salad and gave me extra ranch and a drink! Such a nice lady and very pleasant! Go visit this location you won’t be disappointed! :)
The customer service is always top tier and the subs are always fresh and delicious.
Oh..please keep the French dip on the menu Firehouse....it's the best...smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket is a second..

As always my Hook & Ladder was delicious! I want to thank the young man(African American 16-20ish yrs old), for making our 2 Hook & Ladder sandwiches, they were made perfectly.. Service, Environment, and Food preparation was A+.

I called and asked about a cash pick up and I got the wonderful experience of getting such a pleasant man named Mark. He helped me so much and took time to make sure he got the order to right. Firehouse is lucky to have Mark. Thanks so much to him !!!!
Wow I’m blown away by the new manager . He tries so hard to please every customer . He’s a great guy and very knowledgeable. Keep him! He gave me extra dressing, which was what I wanted anyway. He’s really cool and knows this franchise.
Im going to give 5 stars...i bought a whole sub from here to split it in half with someone else. They ended up eating the whole thing and said it was delicious so i thought id leave a review on their behalf. Its the least i can do for a sorry greedy person.
