The family enjoyed our subs before the Pink concert. Our order was correct, and the cashier was nice. My husband got a free sub because of his name. Apparently, they pick a random name each day, and if you have a version of that name you get a free sub.

Dietary restrictions: They have a good gluten-free bun.

Never had bad sub from here until today. Bread was noway near fresh , lettuce was brown,and I feel like no meat was on my sandwich. It's pathetic to pay 15.00 dollars for meal with nothing but stale break,bad lettuce,no meat but plenty of damn mayo. Probably won't eat here again wish I could send a picture of what's lef of this bread sandwich....

I recently had two positive experiences with Firehouse Subs while visiting Charlotte, NC. I don't frequent this establishment, but my experiences in Charlotte were so positive I ate there twice. I thought I'd try that same sandwich when I came home to Columbia. Unfortunately, the experience was quite different. (1) They didn't have chicken at this location, they didn't have the signature cheese, the veggies were undercooked, the bread was not fresh, and the brisket was bland. Other than the friendly cashier, my meal did little to satisfy me. Sadly, I had a much better experience in Charlotte, NC.

Parking: I was able to pull right up to the establishment.

I can tell this establishment doesn't care about the customers feedback. If they did they would do something about the people they hire, all of them act like they don't want to be there. These kids you have making sandwiches suck at their job waiting over an hour for sandwiches is ridiculous, should've just went to subway would've been way cheaper too

Here at Firehouse Subs, I've received the best customer service. As soon as I walked in, Carrie, Key, and fate welcomed me. They were all exceedingly courteous and smiled as they greeted me. Additionally, the store manager does a fantastic job managing his staff because they are a reflection of him and serve as a stand-in for both the business and the manager. I suggest that this store in West Columbia, South Carolina be honored for providing the best customer service.

We keep giving this location chance after chance. We have tried other location with the same problems in all. Staff in rude, not wanting to make subs right. I have food allergies so when I ask for it a Certain way it because it a health issues. The District Manger spoke to them twice before ,but it has not helped. This will the LAST TIME I go to any Firehouse.
