Ordered food through delivery. The chips were wrong. I did not receive any of my drinks. And i asked for extra pickles and was given no pickles.

Employees were personable, but the sandwich was sub-par. Too much mayo (oozing out the sides in globs) and over steamed (the paper stuck to it everywhere and it was mushy). Operations issues that can easily be remedied.

Normally I give the benefit of the doubt and deliver a 5-star review; however, there were instances that could not be ignored, just not more than a 1-star deduction IMO. Service was decent and food was good once corrected. So why the deduction? We donated to first responders today, and left a tip, only to sit at the table and realize one of two sandwiches was not made correctly (no mayo requested but mayo was on the sandwich, mustard on sandwich but there was no mustard), so we requested a remake. Then I noticed I was overcharged for a sandwich. This is just a suggestion rather than a deduction because I’ll go with the cashier selected the sandwich but was unaware of the price difference. On the wall, it was $1.10 less than the online price (I found out after I ordered), so my suggestion is to ensure online and in-store pricing matches.

On the 26th of July we went to pic up a door dash order. We asked the people working if we could get the food 2 of them just standing there and one taking an order. We are on a time limit doing this type of work and customers want there food
But we so they said told us we had to sign for this order well I don’t understand why it’s a pick up no cc being used
They were rude and just found it funny started yelling at the dasher and were very ignorant
Sad we have to deal with this to get others there food

I was THAT customer - walked in 20 minutes to closing while they were cleaning up. Felt bad, but we were hungry. The staff served me without saying anything. Professional and direct. I would absolutely recommend this place for good food and service.

Horrible food was soggy as soon as I got it found hair in my food because they don’t make people wear hair nets anymore you would think all this money we spend on food somebody would make sure we don’t have other peoples hair in it bathroom empty on soap so how are you washing your hands by far the worst firehouse around don’t not recommend one in cayce is 20 times better
