I’ve noticed that a lot of the firehouse locations near here have really went downhill. I’m not sure what happened but I hope it gets better. The staff have no customer service skills and the place is a mess at this location.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful even after 2 difficult customer groups in front of me. My order also came up very fast. I was very pleased with the service I received by every single person there.
Everyone was friendly, and the manager even showed me how to use the app.This is the best location that I've been to in the Columbia area. I love this place because the food is always fresh and made just how I like it.
Was picking up an order they didn't even tell me the soda was missing and they know it was missing.

I have to give a raving review to this location’s extraordinary employee, Johnny Smalls. My family came by for lunch this afternoon and were extremely impressed by his professionalism and the kindness he showed us. He provided us with an experience we’ll never forget (felt like we were guests at a magical kingdom in Orlando FL). Thank you, Johnny. We wish you all of the happiness and success in the world!

Bad service (Ladea) and sandwich had little in at....nothing like the food and service we get in W. Cola!
Edit..Tiffany saved the day... she asked us if we were ok... and I told her what happened...she made me a new sandwich and made our experience here very nice!

It was a large order with a lot of custom sandwiches and they got all of them right!!
Ordered food through delivery. The chips were wrong. I did not receive any of my drinks. And i asked for extra pickles and was given no pickles.
