Added a cookie to my delivery and it’s the saddest little cookie I have ever seen. Also, waaaaay too much mayo on the subs. Over kill on two sides of the bread. They were nice when I called to give feedback tho.

First time at this location. Service was good, food was good, but inside the restaurant was very smoky. Was told by my coworker, who was with me at the time, that it was the same the last time he was in there. And also the freestyle machine was down

Having ordered multiple times, it's a standard location. Does the bare minimum. Doesn't typically mess up sandwiches. However, utterly abysmal with sides. Ordered Nacho Doritos? Might get Ranch. Ordered chocolate chip cookie? You're probably getting oatmeal raisin. I mean if you're out of an item either substitute with requested substitution or refund that item. Sandwiches are always fresh unless you're late to pick. Sick or

This is the second day me 18 of my friends tried to get the new Thanksgiving turkey sub combo and they are out of stuffing. Wish that they weren’t out of stuffing because we really wanted to try that sandwich.

This was the worse sub I have ever encountered from fire house sub. I will never visit this location again if any in the future. The guy that fix my sub had his hair loose all over head without a net or hat. Head apparatus should be required.
