Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Terrible. Service and food takes forever. Always regret going and have only been twice.

I called 5 times this week to place a order for 100 double cheeseburgers for our church new years eve celebration and got no answer at all.Thanks to firehouse subs for taking care of our catering need. These people don't answer the store phone so why be in business

I almost died 18 times here due to the grease that covers every square inch of the floors here. Seriously someone is going to get hurt here from the state of the floors in this place. Hope the right person sees this and not just some random comment that states they will fix the issue.

Went to the drive through, our order was not complete the lady at the drive through did not have on a name tag and was kind of rude

My first time back in quite a few years. Greeted immediately when I walked in. Since I haven't been here in a while, I was trying to figure out what I wanted to get and Zhane, working at the register, told me about a few different items and seemed genuinely interested. I ended up with the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Combo and chili cheese fries. When I went to pick up food from the window the gentleman back there asked me if I wanted onions and I'm glad I did. As I was eating Zhane checked if everything was okay and when I was done he swung back by and grabbed my trash. Everything was absolutely amazing, the people extremely friendly, and the meal ended up being way cheaper and I thought it would be.

Definitely going to make my next trip here sooner!

As a veteran I went to the Freddy's on Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia in Veterans Day in order to get my voucher for a free meal that supposedly is good through the end of 2024. Me and roughly 15 to 20 veterans were standing at the door at 10:30 when they opened. Despite a sign on their counter acknowledging this free meal voucher for veterans, we were told that we had to eat it then and there were not giving vouchers. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that we had to eat it now and we all told her that their advertisement said we were to receive a voucher that we could use at any time before the end of the year. She said this was not available and I asked for the name and contact information for the store owner and she said she would not give it to me. She claimed to be the manager. All 15 to 20 of us turned around very upset and left without any purchase. We were all lied to and i would like to encourage all veterans to avoid this location. They are not veteran friendly.

Food was a little "salty" for my taste. Milkshake was really sweet. Not sure if my taste was off or not but first and last time trying Feddy's.....just not for me.

The food was good, and the staff was great; but the restaurant could've been cleaner. The tables were sticky, and I wouldn't want to guess how long it had been since the seats had been cleaned.

We ate the grill cheese steak burger and it was out of this world delicious. The fries...Oh My! So good. We rounded our meal out with a "Turtle concrete.". You heard me right..."concrete" is what they call it. It's a frozen custard shake with hot fudge, caramel and toasted pecans and topped with whipped cream and a cherry.
I promise I will be going back to Freddy's.
