We grab a quick bite from Freddy's all the time. My wife loves the vegan burger and out daughter had the 5 piece chicken tenders, hot and fresh.

I was excited to come to Freddy's, we just moved to SC and haven't been around a Freddy's for over five years. The food is always good at Freddy's. I was disappointed by the dining room, we were there at about 1:30 in the afternoon and there were not many customers but almost every table was dirty. The floor was dirty and a few employees were just standing around. Overall, I would have to really want Freddy's before I went back there.

Me and my family are here in Columbia for a business trip. We saw that other ppl complained about this location being slow. Of course a meal made to order is gonna take a Lil longer. The food was amazing and the crew was very professional. Ty for the great meal and experience. The next time we are in the area we will definitely will return.

Went to the location across from Lexington hospital on 378 in West Columbia on Sunset Blvd around 4 pm Aug 9 after trip to zoo with my 2 daughters & 2 grandchildren. Not a good experience. Ordered 2 lemon frosts, a vanilla cone, a turtle concrete & vanilla shake. $32. The booths were all dirty. We went to car & got wipes to clean the counter.
Custard was very melted. We heard one employee state they were about out of custard to another. The lemon frost had no lemon flavor..tasted like vanilla. Sent one back to remake. Still no lemon. Crew very disorganized. Atmosphere zero.
Taste of custard good BUT again extremely drippy and not frozen at all.
Won't go back to that location. Have tried location in Ballentine & that one was good.

This was the most disappointing hype I think I've experienced. If I've ever been here and enjoyed it, I certainly haven't any recollection. The restaurant was nasty, tables dirty, floor slippery like oil all over it. Hot as if no air was running . The staff was less than happy to be at work and every one wore it on their face and the 3 I spoke to in their tone. To call the meat on the burger I had is a joke. The kids and adult burger was 'ham slice's thin and falling to pieces. For $30 we could have eat at a real restaurant for real food, better service and environment. Never again will I do this!

I got a double cheeseburger with bacon, made it a meal and substituted soda for strawberry cheesecake shake. Let's get into it. The cheeseburger was the worst hamburger I have ever had, the patties were paper thin and I really do mean paper thin, the hamburger as a whole was so thin I had to see if there was vegetables on it, there was, there was one thin onion and one pickle slice, the bun was smashed. The milkshake was actually delicious, the medium size looked small, the tater tots were pretty good so in closing I will not be back, $36 for a burger meal and they couldn't even fake that hamburger
