Waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes and was greeted with an attitude ( A man walked out the back door and glared at us Then turned around with an attitude and shut the back door), obviously was waiting for me to leave and when I didn’t the lady was very rude on the intercom, so I left because I knew whatever I asked for was going to be made wrong, or I would be told that they were out of it.

Horrible experience! I asked for a chilli cheese hot dog. Waited over 15 minutes for it and received a hot dog in between two burger buns! When I asked about it, was told that I said I was fine with two hamburger buns instead of a hot dog bun because they ran out. Why in the world would I be okay with that ?! I will not come back to this location the atmosphere was totally off.

I took my fiance to get a hotdog and they wanted to play games with us and gave my woman a chili cheese hot dog inside of hamburger buns. The manager Ian was laughing at us and did it intentionally. Anyone that wants to take their lover or family on a nice date night. PLEASE don’t take them here, and if you know Ian. He is a terrible man, good job for ruining our appetites IAN and the rest of the freddys crew off sunset blvd
This location sucks...I ordered number 1..a single party burger all the way except no onions no mayo..I repeated the order twice..the clerk sounded like a corpse with an attitude..at the window..she asked "you got a double patty with mayo and onions"!!!!?..nope..when we first got to the window..she said 11 dollars..then she stopped and asked again if it was a double..we said no and repeated again what we ordered..she closes rude as can be the window..the opens it giving the food over..guess what it was...a double..at the 11bucks price..she never said thank you or anything..I wouldn't waste my time at this dump..and it does no good to contact a manager or corporate as they simple do..not..care...you can find way better food out there and better service.

This location disappointed! Sat in line for 15+min to get Luke warm fries and a messy burger. The server @ window was lackluster with no apology for the wait. I think it was the manager I saw about getting fresh fries; she was nice.

We got two small hot fudge sundaes. The cup had a small amount of custard I had to ask for whip cream and a cherry. The custard was melting before we were half way through. It was $9,00 for the two. We were not impressed with this visit.
