I had drive through the people were nice yes but I had ordered the new Caramel apple concrete and it was good at first but I discovered plastic in there which I sssumed was part of a plastic spoon so I continued eating then I discovered someone’s nail in the ice cream I was disgusted because this was the second time I went to the restaurant and they had something nasty in my food but I’d decided to ignore it that time I can’t ignore it now. The fact that this restaurant just opened not too long ago makes it so much worse. It wasn’t even that busy either, there was no one behind me, there was no excuse for what they served me. Imagine being in my shoes you go to a fast food restaurant to order Icecream and you find a nail in it. I been to other fast food restaurants and this has never happened. So for it to happen at Freddy’s not once but twice when it just opened is ridiculous

We had two amazing people take our order tonight— I can’t remember what one lady’s name was but the other lady’s name was Amira or Mirale! I am sure I’m misspelling her name…but she was so kind and really made my kids feel special with giving them ice cream too! I felt so blessed after leaving there!

The food was hot and fresh tonight! a Big shout out to the shift manager Jules, for giving encouragement to staff for well done job .
I heard him telling the staff several time Great Job especially when they had a rush both inside and the drive thur.
I notice when I did a refill on drink it had slow down, the staff was sweeping and wiping down . Very clean in there.
As a Food Service Director myself in SC prison system you notice thing like this especially given encouragement that it gives a sense of pride to the staff .

Slowest service ever. Went through the drive thru. Ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes and no cars moving. Waste of time.
Omg great food and the service is top of their game and very clean. The staff is amazing.
