Thanks West Columbia Groucho’s for such great customer service. I ordered take out and had one wrong item in my order. The manager made the entire order over again….not just what they got wrong. And nicely didn’t warm the STP so that we could have it another day or later that night. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I love Groucho’s but this was not it today. Server came by to get our order, brought our drinks and literally never came back by. Someone else brought the food out and the check at the same time. When we left there were 11 tables that had not been bussed. Including the same few that were still dirty when we first arrived. If you are that understaffed then switch to an order at the register situation so the staff can focus on running food, refills, and bussing tables.
