Packed with people on the inside and the drive through. Poor organizational skills and long wait times. 2 out of the six sausage biscuits were edible and the rest smelled sour and like rotten meat.

Obviously, the employees don't make mistakes. My complaint about the number of missing tenders in my order was dealt with by a belligerent manager who refused to discuss the issue, refused to count them and simply stated my grandson had eaten them. I assure you, he did not. In 73 years of life, I have never been accused of being a liar and a thief or treated so disrespectfully. Even in this time when rudeness is so common, this woman went far, far beyond acceptable. She is not fit to serve the public. I must believe that the fact that there is no way to speak to someone on the phone about a complaint says something about Hardee's. My complaint was filed online but I don't expect anything to happen. So, if you enjoy rudeness, insults and disrespect, visit this store. As for me, it just ain't my thing.Follow up: five days have passed with no response to my complaint.

Waited close to 45 minutes on Friday 12/15 from 6:45pm - 7:30pm! Famous burger was lousy but Chicken HB Strips were good! After waiting over 30 minutes person I assume was the manager told me to be patient! Duh! Two groups of families left after waiting for 20 minutes! BTW the Famous Burger they gave me had been sitting on the rack for 20 - 30 minutes and was loaded with mayonnaise when I had requested no mayonnaise! In summary, very slow and rude service. The reason I tried Hardee's was because I live less than a mile away and had received a "Mystery Gift" card in the mail which they didn't know how to ring up and since it was only for a dollar I said "forget it, I'll pay full price to get things moving "!!

My morning breakfast is always good. Long wait times but it's because there the better option in the area in the morning. Took off one star for the other reviews about making people pull forward when there is nobody in the drive thru. I absolutely hate that practice that a bunch of restaurants are doing to make there times look better. If you want better times work faster. Don't make the customer suffer a long wait time because now you have to bring the food all the way outside.

this Hardees always had an issue with long wait times, It took longer than usual to order, but afterwards, I did not wait long - BUT my food was cold, everything was cold. My burger tasted like it was warmed up after sitting there a while, I ordered 2 number ones, and my co-worker said his burger was the same, defnitely not visiting this location anymore and its a shame because this is located in an area where folks go to lunch daily. This one is crossed off my list.

They asked me to pull forward, and I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive-thru. I waited over 10 minutes and was given cold fries, and my burger tasted like it was smothered in mayonnaise. I ended up having to throw half the burger away because I could only taste the mayonnaise.Also, there were only 3 people in the lobby, and they were there when I pulled in. I understand staffing issues exist, but this was poor management.I work in customer service and would never have my crew give this type of experience with the manager present.
