Be advised at 2 for 5 dollar biscuits... Does not apply if you add cheese. As the manager said, I am educated, I understand what I am saying, do you understand what we are saying? We're going to charge you regular price for the sandwich, if you want to add cheese. And as the drive through attendant said, remind me about the mustard and I didn't so I didn't get the mustard I requested either. In synopsis, there are 2 for 5 dollar steak biscuits run you about four dollars a piece if you add cheese...smh bye

Everybody always writes bad reviews and never a good one about fast food restaurants. We had the best experience while driving through Columbia at this Hardee’s. Jahmeik S was so friendly and helpful. The manager on duty was super friendly as well. Not a regular fast food experience. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered my food through the app and arrived at the time I was supposed to. I stand inside for about 5 minutes then 2 of the three workers come inside from the side door. Needless to say my order is not ready. The one employee that has been inside pulls my food up from the fryer and walks away to finish what he was doing before. Finally he makes my sandwiches and then they realize they don’t have any apple turnovers made. I ask for a refund and I’m told they won’t do that for an app order and if I want the turnovers I have to wait another 7 minutes. I opted to leave without them or my refund. The fries were horrible cold hard and inedible. Didn’t have half the sauces I want but that didn’t matter since the fries went in the trash as well. This isn’t the bad experience I have had here but it will be the last!
