I show up and there is nobody in line or at drive through. I go in place my order of 2 fish sandwiches. Shortly after another man comes in and orders the same plus something else. Also about the same time someone comes in the drive through and orders fish sandwiches as well. Ten minutes pass and they realized they only made 2 fish sandwiches total. So they get on to the guy in the back to pay attention and to start cooking the rest of the food. In the meantime im thinking well at least my 2 fish sandwiches are done but no, they gave them to the drive through order that came after both of the people in the lobby. Ten minutes later the other fish sandwiches come out and the build the other guys order before just giving me my food that I have been waiting on for over 20 minutes now and I have groceries in the car that are melting. I used to love stopping in here for food but I will definitely be avoiding after the last couple of times I ordered there.

Most discourteous staff at drive thru today in West Columbia, SC. Food is what you’d expect for Hardee’s, but I was in a bind.
If I wanted to deal with a terrible attitude at 7am then I would have just stayed with my ex wife. Seriously the woman working the speaker made the experience terrible

Always hit or miss. Ordered a Candied Bacon Burger one week. It was cold, cheese was not melted, like it was made from Food sitting without heat. Tried one a week later, got home and was given a chicken sandwich instead of the bacon burger. It was fresh and hot though.
