absolutely rediculous....we waited in drive thru 20 mins to order then 1 hour in line to get our food 3 cars ahead had to pull to side to wait for thier food ... then.it was wrong...the ladies were arguing in the kitchen yelling at each other...rating.-0

We made an online order tonight for KFC that was almost $50. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and told them I was there to pick up an order I was told the order was ready but I'd have to come inside to get it (??). I told the lady I wasn't dressed to come inside and she told me to pull up to the window.
